Cottage with Pool and Dockage, just minutes to Key West

Great place

Not bad would go again.

Everything was exactly as described, and the pictures were an accurate representative of the of the unit. communication with the host was excellent.Location in the keys is fantastic, allowing us to access both Key West and activities on marathon big Pine Key but he a Honda, etc., with a reasonable drive time. This would be a great location if you’re entered a boat which we didn’t, but dock access was fantastic great views from the wood dock.

Perfect place for our pets to have a nice walking and grassy area. Pool was nice as well

Susan and Jennifer are the best, they acknowledge and respond to any issues you may have asap. The cottage, grounds, and pools are kept in good order. We always enjoy our stay there.

The cottage was clean an quite. We loved the new patio furniture and the screened in porch. Although we had to leave very early due to a medical condition, it is great that it is close to pool and ocean.

We had a great stay here. The cottage is very roomy and comfortable, with plenty of space. It was quiet and clean. We saw many of the reviews commented that it could be spruced up with a paint job, but we thought it had a perfect old-Florida feel, especially since we were bringing our 2 dogs with us. Our only issue was that the boat ramp on the property was very difficult to use. It’s quite small, more the of the size of a kayak launch. You’ll need to use a public ramp nearby instead.

Great little place with an old Key West vibe- perfect for us native Floridians. It’s definitely not fancy and that’s what we like especially with going fishing and diving and being outside all the time. (BRING BUG SPRAY- it’s Florida.) We liked how there was a boat dock for our little boat and the layout of the house is perfect for one or two couples to share if you need a place to stay. Only thing I would say that bothered me a little bit was the cleanliness of the floors. The shower was super clean but kept finding random black hair and my dogs found someone’s socks under the bed. But overall I highly recommend staying here :) I would be aware of the tide changes on Cudjoe if you are brining your boat. We could not use the boat ramp provided due to not having a four wheel drive truck (muddy) and had to use Cudjoe Gardens Marina (10 in 10 out). Look for the three white buoys when coming in and out in the area or you’ll run a ground because that area gets shallow. Tidbits:*The pool is very refreshing and clean. *we couldn’t find a hose at #4 so we used the one from the house next to us. *also didn’t see a hose down by the boat dock so keep that in mind.*plenty of towels for showering but bring your own beach towels*Square Grouper is amazing for food (5 min away) and Morning Joint (5 min) on Cudjoe*plenty of room for trailer parkingOverall, a nice little stay for a quick getaway! We will be back but want to try the larger rentals with some friends.

Stayed 13 days perfect location and this was our second stay at Cudjoe Cottages. Was able to dock boat here but had to put in at Cudjoe Gardens marina, just 5 minutes away. Basic old school Florida key’s cottages,clean and inexpensive. Nice community pool also. Definitely will stay again.

Have stayed here multiple times. Can't beat the location. It's so quiet. We love it here.

This was a getaway with close friends. Our cottage could use some updating, but made it work for us.

It was a wonderful homebase for our keys stay! We were a close commute to Key West. We felt safe, on a quiet hidden road. The interior was pretty simple and basic-- but who goes to the keys to hang out inside? Inside was larger than expected. We would definitely visit again.

Good Fishing, Good local eateries.

As soon as we got there it was late and the porch light was broke, and my fiance stepped in a crab hole right by the patio and broke her foot. Please fix that as soon as possible. She is going through a very painful time

Hard to find need big sign on rd

Only thing it was hard to see the #4 on side of the cottage because it was painted same color of blue and i couldn't see it at night , maybe put it on mailboxmailboxes the n when we got there. Maybe put numbb

If your thrifty and dont mind thrift store funishings and buildings, then this is your place. Great location, small pool, small boat dock. Nice view if you walk down to the shared waters edge. Very old keys vibe.

Overall our stay was pleasant. This VRBO is in a very convenient area, lots of great fishing spots nearby and plenty of things to do. The only gripe that we had is that this is the only rental I’ve had in the keys that does not provide any household necessities. They had exactly one trash bag, a small roll of paper towels, no seasonings for food (not even salt or pepper), there were only 4 towels for a place that sleeps 4 people, no extra blankets or anything. Our stay was otherwise wonderful, but having to spend an extra 50 to buy household essentials that most rentals keep stocked was frustrating.

Perfect spot to chill with friends, enjoy the views, and the pool is beautiful.

Quaint cottage with low pricing for the FL Keys. The whole property needs a face lift. Several light bulbs were out in cottage 4. The front door got stuck so we had to use the patio door for most of the trip. The beds were terrible and the furniture in the den was worn down. This was our second time staying here in a year and a half and the cottage definitely shows significant signs of wear and tear. The pool and docks were great for our kids.

We've stayed several times. Love the peace and quiet of the property and it's an excellent lower keys location

This was a perfect property for our annual trip to the Lower Keys. Over the last 31 yrs options have become very unaffordable, and limited when you need the following for your vacation. The allowance of dogs without size restriction, dockage for your boat parking for your vehicles, and your boat trailer. This place has it all. It's quiet, and though the unit was a triplex, plenty of privacy. We had two teenage boys with us, and every night they enjoyed the wood dock, fishing, catching fiddler craps for the next day's fishing trip. Our unit was clean, and simply furnished, and had most things that we needed to keep the 2 eating machines fed. The screened porch was a great space too. We never needed to call management for anything. So let me send a message to Jennifer & Susan here.
