Near many great restaurants and farm stands, including a quick walk to Little Ram (farm stand oysters) and Bhavana Berries (U-Pick blueberries).

Stayed Aug 16, 2025We loved our stay at Jonathan's cottage! We were fortunate enough to have fantastic weather, the beach around the corner is lovely. Jonathan provides a wagon so you can easily port the chairs he also provides. Cottage is light, open and airy and feels bigger than it is. We had friends visit and the bedrooms are separate with two full bathrooms so still plenty of privacy. This is a great location and we'd definitely return.

Stayed Jul 21, 2025Jonathan was an excellent host—responsive, helpful, and always quick to reply. The house was clean and very comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed for cooking. The location was perfect, just a quick 3-minute bike ride to one of the most beautiful beaches on the North Fork. We had a fantastic experience overall and would definitely love to stay here again!

Stayed Jun 27, 2025Lovely property close to the beach. Our family, ages 3-40, enjoyed the property thoroughly. The nearby beach is a gem, and we loved the fireflies at night. Everything was comfortable and enjoyable! Excellent host communications.

Stayed Oct 16, 2024The house is situated in one of the best neighborhoods in Southold. Five minute walk to a quiet beach. Very slow traffic on the roads. Great for walking. House Interior is well considered. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. Master bedroom mattress very comfortable. Lots of windows and light. Great communications with owner. Would stay again.

Stayed Aug 18, 2023We enjoyed our stay at Jonathan’s home. Great proximity to the beaches, winery’s and towns. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is well stocked. We loved the simple and tasteful decor in the house. The record player, large TV and Bose speaker were great touches. My dogs loved our walks to the beach. Jonathan got us beach parking passes which was very kind. We loved our 2 week escape from the city!
