Stayed Aug 20, 2025The property and cottage were just as represented in the listing. House was immaculate and outdoor area was lovely. Beautiful spot on the lake. We ended up not being able to stay due to a medical condition of mine. The hosts were very responsive and kind. They were more than fair agreeing to our requested refund when I couldn't stay. They were in no way obligated to do so. The hosts are responsive and the property lovely. Don't hesitate to book this home.

Stayed Aug 28, 2025This is our second stay this summer! Everything clean, beds are comfortable and the lake view and dock can't be beat. Centrally located near the Narrows makes getting everywhere easy. Comforts of AC, dishwasher, outdoor shower, filtered drinking water tap much appreciated. Last s'mores of the summer around the campfire will be happy memories!

Stayed Jul 12, 2025Great spot on North Lake Leelanau. Check-in was easy, house was very clean, owner was very responsive. A beautiful view with a week full of fun. Sandy bottom right off the dock. Can’t wait to come back.

Stayed Jul 1, 2025We had a wonderful time at the Neeb cottage. We had everything we could want for a fun vacation. The dock worked well for our boat and swimming. The view is gorgeous and sunsets are spectacular! Beds very comfortable and everything was very clean. Ceiling fans in all the bedrooms felt great, tho ac worked perfectly. Dishwasher is a plus for quick cleanup after meals, also appreciated the filtered drinking water tap at the kitchen sink, as well water in this area does not have great taste. We will be looking for opportunities to return!
