Cottage on 3 acre Riverfront Private Estate with Hot Tub

Enjoyed easy access to the national park… Property was secluded and quiet. Beautiful walk to the river close to the property. The one downside was the allergens possibly do to the carpet and the jacuzzi was not fully functional.

Three rivers is rural. It was lovely to have a pony and a private backyard. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi after a long hike

We appreciated the last minute accommodation and the warm welcome from the owner. The clean hot tub was very appreciated as well. It was a lovely property but honestly priced higher than it should have been.

This cottage is right outside the Sequoia National Park, about 5 miles. It was a perfect, comfortable place to come to after a day exploring the park. The host is exceptional at communicating with us. They will go above & beyond to make sure your stay is everything you could wish for.

Very close to the NP. Cute place to stay. Easy to find. A market is right up the road and a nice bar/restaurant too. The host is extremely nice and her horse Robby and my husband became best friends. He got out of his gate and greeted us at the back door a couple times. So cute. Didn’t use the hot tub, No time. The river out back is a short walk. You can’t see it out the back yard really, you need to go walk to it. But it’s beautiful none the less. Would definitely stay again.

Very cute cottage. Perfect location if you are visiting the National Parks. You can walk to the river whete there are chairs to sit and relax. Julis is very nice.Thank you Julia for tip on visiting the Forestiere Underground Garden!!

This was a great getaway. Julia was super accommodating. We had a fabulous time. Robbie (her horse) was super friendly and such a character. He heard me outside bbq and came to the fence to greet me. Of course he got a treat (Julia provides them). It was super clean too. Definitely returning. Beautiful area.

Property served us well to explore Sequoia, Kings Canyon and Three Rivers

Julia is probably the most underrated host ever. She was very informative of everything from gas prices in town to Jazz Affair. Her kind heart will never go unnoticed with us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be back!

Loved the experience

This was the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking in the national parks nearby. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Juli gave us some great recommendations for places to eat and we loved feeding the sweet horse and walking down to the river also!

We loved staying here, it was exactly what we needed. Close to Sequoia NP, with a hot tub to relax in afterwards. Robbie the horse is darn cute too, we fed him treats and give him some scratches.

We booked this property a month in advance. After several attempts to communicate with the host, we heard nothing. On the day of our booking we showed up and were not able to gain access. We had to get a hotel room elsewhere. Two days later, we received a cancellation noticed using minimum age requirement as an excuse. Am 66 years old. I'm not sure what the problem was, but our weekend was ruined. This host had lots of good reviews, and I'm not sure what the problem was, but I am a retired teacher, who paid in good faith for a place to stay with my girlfriend. If they had an issue with my booking, they should have at least communicated with me. I would never trust this host again! access

We liked our cottage. However, not enough towels in the bathroom and no blow dryer. I would suggest making additional towels available as well as a blow dryer.

This cottage exceeded my expectations for this trip. It was more than we had expected. From check in to check out Julia was super helpful and answered all questions. We cut our time in Sequoia NP to come back and enjoy the cottage. You basically have your own private beach next to the river. We bought inner tubes and rope to secure, and floated in the river until evening. Hot tub was great to soak in, in the morning before the heat. Plenty of food choices in the area as well. We will return for another weekend away.

The place was clean and very nice to stay in. We loved the private walk down to the river where we could cool down after hiking. The one downside for us was that it had a very small window air conditioner that was supposed to keep the place cool but with 108 degree days, it did not keep up and the cottage was very warm and so it was hard to cool down after our hikes in Sequoia. The hot tub was clean but it was too hot outside for us to enjoy. Great places to eat in Three Rivers which were right down the road. All in all we had a nice stay, just a little warm.

Owner does a good job communicating and location is fantastic. Our stay was during a hot part of year so window AC unit couldn't keep up and room was very hot so be prepared. Cottage was clean and river behind property is fantastic. Will say again.
