Outdoor private Garden provides a nice sitting area, hot tub, table and chairs, rocking chairs to relax in while enjoying our blanket of stars, with charcoal BBQ. Our properties are great mountain retreats nestled in the High Sierra Mountains in the beautiful valley of Three Rivers. Located minutes from Lake Kaweah and the entrance to Sequoia National Park. Enjoy life and relax in this serene getaway with views galore.

1) Number of guests allowed is maximum number we rent to. If you are in violation of guest allowance and exceed that number without consent from the owner, you will be required to leave the premises and forfeit all funds.
2) Your damage deposit is fully refundable seven days after your departure provided there is no misuse outside of normal wear and tear and missing or stolen items. We will supply you with a written damage report within 72 hours of departure if there are any issues.
3) Due to guests pet allergies, absolutely no pets are allowed on our premises. Please keep in mind other guests, and also your pets. Pets are not allowed in the National Parks. Should you bring a pet you will be asked to leave and forfeit all funds.
