Lovely and comfortable renovation that suited our large family group well. The kitchen was very well appointed, which was so appreciated as we did all of our own cooking. The large grassy space was perfect for the teenagers and children and the games and activities were a happy addition as well. Great laundry set-up, and plenty of hot water for all the showers for a group of fourteen! Hosts were friendly and communicative. 100% recommend staying here.

Lovely cottage perfect for our family getaway for new year 2024/25! 12 adults 2 children (aged 3 & 8 months)! & 2 dogs!Absolutely stunning cottage everything you could want included with all bedrooms excluding 2 having en-suite. 1 large communal bathroom for the 2 single bedrooms. I would definitely recommend but things to note as I clearly hadn’t read the small print !! 2 adults had to go in a separate cottage which was attached to the main cottage but had a separate entrance this cottage also has a separate kitchen area and a pull out sofa bed if you have a party of 14 which we originally had so wouldn’t have been ideal - also again me not reading the small print I also thought the hot tub was included but this was an additional 300 for the 3 night stay!! Huge garden for the dogs to run around and if this would have been in the summer time beautiful for anyone taking a family with children to play outside football net and children’s climbing frame unfortunately for us it was extreme cold so didn’t make use of this area! Would definitely go back again pub 30 minute walk away nice flat walk via a back road / path so off the main road which was ideal to get out of the cottage and the pub had lovely food and very welcoming! Kingshead ravensdale ! Overall would definitely return lovely host kitchen had everything you needed with a large oven and no washing up due to large dishwasher! I recently organised a hen weekend for 15 people and we stayed in this beautiful home. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The photos don’t do this house justice, it is lovely. There was plenty of room for everyone and was ideal for the relaxed type of hen doo the bride wanted. Access to the hot tub was great, the hot tub was well maintained and we were given instructions on how to use it etc when we got there by the lovely host. The host was very welcoming and informative. The house had everything we needed and we loved buddy the speaker which is a great addition! We enjoyed a trip out to a local pub for a meal which was only a 4 minute drive away. All in all an amazing weekend spent with family and friends in an amazing location. We will definitely be returning customers with family in the future xx

We really enjoyed our stay at Ashley Bank. The house is bigger than it looks from the pictures, and super-well-equipped. We particularly appreciated abundant hot water and great showers….and the laundry/drying room was fantastic. Debbie and Max were very welcoming and helpful. All in all, a great place ?

The property was a described. Accomodated our group of family and friends perfectly. The spacious cottages were very clean and tidy and were extremely well equipped with everything to make our visit home from home. The additional hire of the hot tub delighted the birthday girl. Response and contact from Debbie and Max was very quick and all questions/queries were answered. Highly recommend these cottages for large groups of people.
