Completed to renovate in June 2019, Le Rose is a characteristic stone cottage consisting of 1 double bedroom, 1 single room (on request it is possible to add a second bed), a living room with fireplace and dining area, bathroom with shower and kitchen well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, etc.But the highlight of this cottage is the private garden with a view of Gubbio, barbecue, outdoor dining area, outdoor sitting area and total privacy - it will be your personal country house in Umbria!
This cottage is truly special! Separated from the central body of the Agriturismo, it offers total privacy, like having your own personal cottage in the countryside! The Le Rose cottage has a garden for exclusive use, equipped with barbecue, dining area, sitting area and large umbrellas for shade. Large trees shade the house and in the summer help to lower the temperature by a few degrees. Inside there is a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bedroom to which a not too large bed can be added (see photos). The furniture is in Country style and is very refined. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher. Don't miss the opportunity to spend a special holiday with above-average comfort and attention to detail. A wonderful swimming pool awaits you in the midst of flowers and greenery! In common with the other guests it will offer you pleasant days in the sun - or in the shade if you prefer. Scattered around the garden you will find relaxation corners: gazebo with lounges, hammocks, barbecue and related equipped dining area, bowling alley and sitting areas. Here you can always carve out a space in complete privacy to read a book or doze off in the shade but it is also pleasant to make friends with other guests, the people who come to us are often special and very interesting!
