Delightful property with lovely views. Martine and Olivier were excellent hosts, supportive and helpful in every way while remaining unobtrusive. Thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks and would recommend Les Geckos highly .highlyy

Rental and owner charming and delightful, could not recommend more !!! Even games and books for little ones in a little niche area, so nice !!! Just be wary that access to home is a bit steep.

Really great time in this property. Clean with everything you need. Great pool and location. Just make sure you have lots of insect repellent as there are loads of Mosquitos in July. Good larger supermarket down the hill if you have a car and local bakers and nice restaurants in walking distance ( but is up a fairly steep hill so comfy shoes a good idea). Family are really lovely and let my autistic son see their tortoises which made his day. Fabulous view from the pool.

It's a sensational place in a beautiful green environment. Martine and Olivier are fantastic hosts and they helped us immediately if we needed anything. This charming cottage located in a small town 10 minutes’ walk from the center where you can find café, restaurants and supermarket. The sea and beaches are in 50 minutes and you can visit many small old town by car. There is also good possibility for shopping nearby in 10 minutes (E.Leclerc, Lidl, Carrefour, Intermarché, La Halle ect.). The house is well equipped and it keeps cold in hot weather as well. The place with the beautiful swimming pool is a paradise for children as well. This is an excellent place if you want to visit both busy French riviera and chill Provence with agricultural culture as well.

Martine and Olivier were wonderful delightful hosts who made both ourselves and our 2 year old son so welcome. Wonderful stay and would highly recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay in a super location.

House is equipped with all options. Very quiet and peaceful environment. The house is a house at the house of the landlord, you share the pool with the landlord.We have not been inconvenienced by this and have rarely seen them. Realy nice and clean house! Owner is very friendly and helpful

We enjoyed our stay at Martine and Olivier's gite which was very well-equipped and nicely furnished, very clean and tidy with lovely views over the surrounding wooded hills. Montauroux is a very pretty hilltop town, a little larger than expected with a more modern built-up main road at its foot (very useful for supermarkets, garages, shops etc.) The walk to the old town from the gite was very steep (uphill), something not mentioned in the description and not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Also the approach by road was first of all steeply uphill and then steeply downhill necessitating 1st gear for the latter. Also the pathway from the parking area to the gite was narrow and down steps. Martine and Olivier were very friendly and helpful in all aspects of our stay. The above comments should in no way reflect on them. Note that the description in English on the HomeAway website describes the gite as a detached cottage but it is an annexe to the main house and not detached.
