Wonderful hosts, great before and during stay communication, very friendly and welcoming. Cottage was cozy, well appointed and had the best view from the screened porch for morning coffees and evening glasses of wine!

We had a very stressful summer and needed some chill out time. This weekend was perfect. The cottage was adorable, stylish and clean. The river views and sunsets were spectacular. The hosts were inviting and gracious (cheese plate!) We even saw an eagle catch a fish! We will be back.

Lovely cottage in a beautiful, quiet spot. Hosts were great at helping us use the kayaks and paddleboard on site. With the local Port Royal General Store and Ruse restaurant in St Michaels, made for a great weekend get-away.

Perfect for two with a beautiful view of the Tred Avon River from porch. Were visiting our son who lives nearby. Personal touch of snacks and goodies were a pleasant surprise! Very enjoyable stay. Highly recommend this charming cottage.

Charming cottage right on the Tred Avon River. Just as advertised. Very quiet and serene. Greeted by a thoughtful basket of treats. Close to all the best spots on the Eastern Shore. A screened in porch to die for with a swing and a couch. For a couple, this a spectacular place.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property, which probably tells you almost all you need to know. We loved it last year, and loved it even more this time. There is nothing not to love about this beautiful, tastefully appointed cottage. The location couldn't be more convenient to great dining in St. Michael's, but more than that, the cottage sits on a beautiful piece of land that offers an expansive green lawn (great for strolling) next to the gorgeous Tred Avon River. Because it's at kind of a 'point,' you can gaze left in the morning and see the sunrise over the water, and switch your gaze right to see dazzling sunsets. In between time, there are the never-ending sparkles on the water. The home itself is a dream - it's absolutely PERFECT for two people. It's often difficult to find waterfront homes that don't have far more bedrooms than a couple needs, just for starters. But the place feels incredibly spacious with its high ceilings and brilliant layout. An extremely comfortable bed a lovely bathroom, a sweet living area, and a spacious kitchen that honestly is the kitchen of my dreams, with a lovely dining table and a darling little sunroom just off the kitchen. I think my favorite spot is the nearly house-length screened porch, complete with a porch swing and a cozy sofa for gazing out on the water. The host is attentive, responsive, kind . . . honestly, I cannot think of a thing that is not marvelous about this property. We will be back!

We loved everything about this sweet cottage on the water! The decor was top notch, and so welcoming! We stayed 3 nights, and can’t say enough about this beautiful area of Maryland. Great restaurants, shoppes, and delicious crabs! We also did the ferry ride over to Oxford. Had an amazing time at this property! The host also left some yummy treats, and a bottle of champagne for our anniversary! Can’t wait to come back!

What a little slice of heaven. Checkin was easy peasy. Owner left a welcome basket w goodies and wine. That was a very nice gesture. The property and area is beautiful. I wish I could call it my home away from home:). The home was perfect, clean and everything the pictures showed. Just a perfect getaway to escape the craziness of life. Didn’t want to leave.

We wanted to spend some time on the water and have the ability and access to fishing and kayaks. This property did not disappoint. The cottage had everything we needed, and then some! We were welcomed with a lovely note, snack basket, charcuterie board and bottle of wine. Two bikes were available for use, the fire pit was loaded and ready for an evening fire. Lovely screened in porch facing the water. Friendly neighbors. We loved the area so much that our retirement plans have no included looking into the area for our future!

What a sweet cottage on the water! Fantastic water views, beautifully furnished, and a fully equipped kitchen. The cottage was immaculate. Kelly was an amazing and welcoming host! Upon our arrival, there was a charcuterie board and wine waiting for us, along with a basket of various food/snacks. All was greatly appreciated after a day of travel. We settled right in to enjoy the water views from the screened in porch. Needless to say, our stay was very relaxing! Will definitely stay here again.

This lovely cottage on a beautiful point on the Tred Avon River was perfect. From the welcome goodies upon arrival, to the charming decor, to the pair of Adirondack chairs where we spent most of our waking hours, it was exactly what we needed (and more than we expected.) We rested, we read, we ventured into St. Michael's and around the area, and we returned to the cottage, happy to settle back into the chairs and watch the sunset. Thank you for sharing this bit of Heaven with us. We'll be back!

My husband and I were looking for a place to getaway for the weekend, on the water. We found this adorable cottage, right on the water and close to Saint Michaels. We have been down to the area several times and really this was one of the best stays. The Hosts were really great, left us a bottle of wine and cheese plate when we arrived! the only thing that would have improved our stay would be if the bed was a little more comfortable. (by no means does this take away from the overall experience) My husband fished right off the coast, and we were able to launch our kayaks from the boat ramp! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet weekend on the water.
