Stayed Jun 13, 2022I enjoyed that it was very quiet and relaxing. Big area to walk around. Pets are allowed. Cottage has adequate space. Didn’t use kitchen or grill outside. April 20 min drive to Lassen National Park.

Stayed Feb 16, 2023We visited for 4 days and stayed a 5th day so we could get another day of skiing in. We were comfortable, the place was heated, warm, cozy and away from everything which is what we wanted. There’s a store in town (Reeds) where you can grab groceries, Redding is a half hour away, Shasta 1.5 hours. Peace, quiet, Serenity, good for the kids to run around. Plenty of firewood for the old school stove. Beds cozy. Office nearby. Hottub wasn’t overchlorinated which was nice. They should make it lighter at night near the hottub but besides that we love Living Springs and the laid back vibe and look forward to coming again. Cabin 3 sleeps a lot more people than you might think too. Good spot to settle in after a day of skiing and read a book on the couch near the fire.
