Cool Little Cottage Minutes forFrom Beaches, Shopping and Dining

It was me and my husband's 3rd wedding anniversary and we was so happy about our choice . 10 x's better than a room , the cabin was beautiful , it was perfect .....Communication with Joanne was great . We enjoyed ourselves with the surrounding restaurants , beaches and scenery . We stayed 3 days and wished for more time . We'll be back , again . It was a wonderful experience . Thank you so much ?

Joanne is a great host with very good communication. The house is cozy, and was decorated for the season with a little Christmas tree. The mini split units both upstairs and downstairs made climate control easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice place, only tiny issue is getting back on the main road when traffic is busy. Everything in the home is nice!

We had a wonderful stay. The cottage was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. It's perfect for two people, and we loved all the windows and the surrounding trees. The bed is very comfortable. The welcoming Christmas tree lights were a nice touch when we arrived. The cottage stayed warm despite snow and windchill temps in the low single digits. We enjoyed downtown Lewes (great restaurants), and the cold didn't deter us from exploring the beaches. Joanne is a wonderful host. We felt so at home in this cottage and definitely want to come back.

Good location to Prime Hook and Cape Henlopen state park. Clean home, well stocked kitchen. It's a beach cottage so the insulation is a little lacking, it was a chilly weekend. Probably perfect for the warmer weather.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy cottage! It was such a cute place that had everything we needed for our stay. We really enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard too. The location was close to downtown with shopping and restaurants and just a short drive to the beaches and boardwalk. We look forward to staying here again!

The cottage is a cute love nest a short drive away from Lewes and other area attractions. We had a pleasant stay!

What a gem! This cottage is just beautiful, beautiful setting, just watching the water from the porch. And just after a casual mention that it was our 40th anniversary, we entered the cottage to a card/gift and bottle of wine-made me tear up- what an incredibly thoughtful gesture!We just loved it and we will be back!

Lovely cottage in a very private setting. Nicely furnushed, clean, with an excellent front deck to relax on and a big backyard with a firepit. Great location and well equipped kitchen. Higly recommend for a romantic get away without intrusion.

This cottage was cozy, clean and just as described. It was a very nice getaway and close to all the places we planned to visit. The host was really nice and easy to work with. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

What a cute cottage and wonderfully decorated! The expanding table to serve as both a desk and a dining table was a genius space saver/multitasker. Another great addition was the Bluetooth tower speaker to enjoy your own playlists. Again...a well thought out cottage, and kudos for the little touches like the makeup area complete with a hook for hanging a hairdryer (brought my own, but there is a hair dryer here for your use) and the bedside sound machine. Fantastic a.m. coffee sitting on the front porch rockers with the cool breeze and lake view!

This is a great property for a small little get away. Clean, well furnished with everything you need!

Very cute and clean home. That was close to the Ferry which is how I came. Short drive to all locations. Would recommend for a single or couple getaway.
