Great location, nice and peaceful

The property is close to town and is very accessible. I wish the hot tube were a little bigger/deeper, but it was easy to work and had no problems while we were there.

Host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. Was available at all hours when needed and made sure our comfort was her priority. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Home was in a great location, easy access to shopping. Very clean and cozy.

The entire cabin was clean, the host was easy to communicate with, the hot tub was clean and ready to get in (which we did) and overall we remained comfortable through our entire visit. The only warning I would have is that you need to make sure you don't require assistance going down to the cabin, as there is a bit of a walk down an incline from the parking area to the cabin. Other than that, it was excellent!

The wife and i had a get awsy to Ruidoso. Beautiful and quiet.

Stayed w/family for a baseball tourney! Really enjoyed the stay, kitchen well equipped, games the kids enjoyed so much we did not turn on the TV once! The hot tub was nice also. Close to restaurants and stores. I did have an issue with the grill not working so I cooked everything on the stove but host reimbursed for the inconvenience. Downside, there are spiderwebs on almost every light post on the deck and rails so I had to tell the kids not to touch the rails just to be safe. Also deer poop everywhere, which is understandable it is their land but at least before a booking it could be cleaned up before arrival because there were droppings on the only pathway to the cottage and right in front of the door.

Overall, a cute cozy quiet cabin. We enjoyed the hot tub and there were several deer in the evenings. Only issues were walk from car to door is pretty uneven so need to be careful and kitchen needs new utensils like a new peeler and could not get any of the csn openers to work.

Nice place for a get-away with your family or small group. Great outdoor space/deck with nice, clean hottub. Plenty of pots/pans and dishes/utensils for cooking etc. Location is near reataurants and shopping, while still having wildlife (deer&elk) pass thru daily. Owner/manager responds quickly to questions/concerns.

Property was very well maintained. Lots of firewood, towels, cooking utensels and everything else. Close to town. Seen lots of wildlife.

Access was easy, instructions and expectations were very clear. Pictures and descriptions of the cabin were accurate. Coffee and tea and basic supplies were left for us to use. All in all, very nice.

My husband and 2 kiddos loved this cabin. It was beyond cozy and had everything we needed for a weekend of fun. The hot tub was amazing. The fireplace made it so warm and cozy. I think we found our new go to spot!

We had the best time. The views were beautiful, the house was perfect for us, and the amenities were wonderful. We spent every morning on the top deck having coffee and every evening on the bottom deck in the hot tub. Check in and out process was easy and the hosts include a welcome packet with instructions for check out and local things to do. We hope to be back soon

My husband and our dog Brady and I needed to get away from the hustle and bustle of a hectic time in our lives . We stayed at this adorable cottage, so clean and lovely decorations ( very cozy ) ! We loved the outside decks and watching the elk and deer gathering and grazing outside and watching the raven birds gliding through the sky ! Great location, minutes away from grocery store and restaurants and close to many great outdoor activities. For us this was a great get away !

Our stay here was nice. We had a problem with WIFI connection and Jannelle called Windstream. They replaced a line and it worked.

It was just the right size for our family of 4 the beds were comfortable. Thank you Nantz family.
