Completely renovated, oceanfront home with private pool, deck, WiFi & AC

This was definitely a unique place to stay. The pool was not ready upon arrival but after contacting them, they were out the next morning to rectify the issue. All in all, a wonderfull vacation with the family.

Nice beachfront location with parking for 3-4 vehicles. Quaint older home with a large modern addition for the primary master suite. While all on one level, there are steps found throughout the house and property. Having a private pool is an added bonus. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider coming back again. Our biggest surprise was the front seat we had for the July 4th AB fireworks!

Oh, Pagoda. Where do we start! Dealing with Vacasa was a dream. Before the trip we were sent all the needed info. On arrival, picking up the keys at headquarters was a breeze, and checkout was just a quick key drop off. We will look for their properties specifically in the future. The house was amazing. The history behind it was so cool and we loved being a part of it. The layout was unique and everyone loved the feeling of having their own separate quarters while still having the central family/dining room and kitchen. The pool was spacious, the perfect depth and temperature, and we had to literally pry the kids out of it every day for bedtime. They provided tons of floats and seating. The rooftop porch made for a beautiful ocean sunrise and sunset coffee break. The location was superb. Directly on the beach and walkable to lots of restaurants. This will definitely be our new yearly vacation retreat!

The location was great! It was close to all the action in Atlantic Beach. It also gave the feeling of being very private. The front porch, which extends the whole length of the house, and pool area with the dunes and path leading to the ocean were a perfect serene oasis. This is a comfortable, sprawling house. All on one floor with multiple areas for conversations, games and puzzles. The dining room table was large enough to accommodate family meals. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything needed except for a large pot for “low country boils” which are a tradition on our annual beach trips. The art work on the walls is amazing. The ocean was perfect as always. We plan on returning next year!

The location and pool are wonderful. The one air unit could not keep up for the entire house. They had to bring in portable air units to cool the bedrooms while they tried to fix the air conditioner. The owner was actively trying to rectify the situation which did happen on the third day. They need to replenish the cooking pans (old and rusty). We had a great time and would love to rent again if it was not through Vacasa global who was very difficult to deal with. The local Vacasa agents (when you finally figure out how to reach them) were attentive and great.

Our absolute favorite place to stay in AB! Perfect for our family! Quintessential Eastern NC beach cottage!

There is probably no better house in Atlantic beach. This is walkable to all of the best things to do, and ocean front with a pool in your yard. The house is quirky and some rooms are small and it needs a grill!!! But all in all a truly dreamy property

Highly recommend raking out the garage and getting rid of cobwebs walking in. 1st Impressions are huge in the rental business in my opinion.

We loved every minute, the beach, the pool, the sitting on the screen porch listening to the ocean and of course home cooked dinners with our family. It was a perfect vacation, thank you! Oh and the artwork was fabulous!
