Stayed Jul 15, 2023Pros --- The location is excellent. Easy walk to beach, shopping and restaurants. Own parking space, small patio and outdoor shower. Cons ----The beds are very old and need to be replaced. I slept terrible. The AC kept the cottage cool but the noise level of the AC units made it very hard to sleep at night. There is also significant rust on the stove so would not consider cooking anything. This cottage would be ideal for a small family with no toddlers. the stairs are very narrow. Your common hang out area is upstairs on the second floor. There isn't a TV in the first floor bedroom.

Stayed Aug 20, 2022The Cottage at 320 Wesley Ave was awesome! Super clean, within walking distance to beach, located on a quiet street. Had all amenities we needed my three year old and seven year old loved it. Jennifer, the homeowner, was great. Very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely recommend to others

Stayed Jul 9, 2022The property was clean and well equipped with a barbque. The A/C was fine and room units were not too loud. The outside shower came in handy and local shops were handy. I wonder if you need to provide cable since most people travel with HDMI cables and use their laptops. I saw the second TV in the closet. You could set it up to be used HDMI only. Just an idea.
