Quaint home that served our needs
Very cute downtown home. Very clean with a nice backyard that our boys enjoyed playing in. Truly, the only downside was the hot tub, not working. Other than that it was a great place to stay. Very close to the CMU campus and downtown Grand Junction..
The property was the right size, a cute property, and excellent location for what we wanted. We did have some issues though with the cleanliness. Keep in mind we did have a small dog, but the rug in the main room smelled terribly of dog urine. The extra bed had a lot of dog hair underneath the comforter so my daughter had to sleep on top of the comforter. It was probably seasonal, but there were a lot of bugs in the house too - especially in the wondows etc... FYI, if you do bring a pet, there was a plant in the backyard up agains the far fence - very pretty - but when my wife researched it realized it was extremely toxic to people and animals. We called a friend and they said that plant was actually smoked back in the day for more hallucinogenic purposes. Again, property was cute and great location, but needed some better cleaning and care.
Loved the close to downtown location and nice neighborhood. Great produce, fruit, wineries all around!
