Take it easy at this comfy, cozy cottage three (3) houses back from the lake. There is a peek-a-boo view from the giant screened porch, perfect for sipping coffee or cocktails. Ride the bikes, play in the yard, get on the water with the stand up paddle boards and enjoy the small, quiet, private street pier.
There are real beds for six.
This is not a party house. Parties are not permitted. We have good neighbors who live here year around and we want to be good neighbors. Quiet

Stayed Sep 26, 2025We had a great weekend. The property was nice, spotless and a beautiful view! The Host was amazing and very detailed on instructions. Would definitely stay again! This is the one to rent for a great trip to the Lake!

Stayed May 23, 2025We enjoyed our long weekend. It was very relaxing. Great sunny weather. The house was unique and nicely decorated. Comfy beds, plenty of towels, bath necessities if needed. A spacious screened in porch with plenty of room. Paddle boarding was fun and we had lots of laughs.Sad to leave.

Stayed Jul 12, 2024This place was the perfect stay for our mini vacay! Check in instructions were clear and communication with the host was 10/10. Robin was quick to respond after I sent her a few messages. The house is a short walk to the water and we got lucky and had the entire Maple Ave pier to ourselves for the majority of the day! Our kids enjoyed using the paddle boards and riding bikes up and down the street. The house was super clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. We would definitely stay here again…hopefully for more than 2 nights next time!

Stayed Jul 6, 2024It was just the right size for us. Nice decor but not cluttered. 2 yr old played on screen porch most of the time. Safe no need to childproof.

Stayed May 4, 2024Booked this cottage for a two night weekend stay to attend a family reunion. The house was very clean and well appointed. Lots of extras! We all enjoyed the large screened porch for coffee in the morning and relaxing with a beverage in the late afternoon. Wish our stay could have been longer!
