Comfortable and cozy cottage on farm

Lovely property out in the country near a delightful village. Cozy and well appointed. Great communication with Simone…… she was available and ready to help with anything we needed. Highly recommended!

very friendly hosts. a great opportunity to see how a rural farm in Holland is organized. Just across the road is the famous village De Rijp - great possibility to study every building and to know all hidden gemstones.Farm located in heart ofheart of Holland polder.

We had a wonderful stay. We truly enjoyed the farm animals and scenery. The town is from a fairytale. Simone and her family were so accommodating and friendly. The cottage was comfortable for our family of 5.

Although the property was cute and in a nice location, our family of five, youngest being 17, could not last more than one night and we booked somewhere else before going to sleep. There were only three beds in one bedroom open loft and a bed box, so not two bedrooms and unable to sleep 6. For privacy, my wife and I took the loft, but the ladder forced us to leave our luggage on the main floor. The bed box was not a room, so our daughter had to change in the bathroom, where we all had to change one by one, but even that had a window with no curtain, so the house had no privacy. Our sons slept on a floor mattress and the couch in the living space on the main floor. We have requested through the owner for two night reimbursement due to the inaccurate listing, but have not heard if they will do so yet. We will seek that next directly through VRBO.

Very special cottage-like house on a beautiful small animal farm that is run by a lovely family. It is placed in a peaceful and beautiful setting with a nearby, typical for this region and well maintained dutch village, that offers everything for all daily needs. The ideal retreat and location to set off to Amsterdam or to the see.

We had a great time, the hosts were wonderful! We didn’t want to leave! We are looking forward to coming back again soon!

Great accommodation on the border of de Rijp. Fully equipped with all the things you need.

Our stay was wonderful! Enough room for 6 adults comfortably. Beautiful remodeled portion of the barn and breathtaking scenery. Walking distance to town where we experienced the best dinner on our visit to the Netherlands. Host are simply delightful.
