Colorado Springs Bungalow - Walk to Downtown!

Absolutely best place I’ve ever stayed. I can’t recommend the gnome home enough!! Everything about the experience was perfect and amazing

Beautiful home that has all the needed amenities. Quiet, safe neighborhood and we felt very comfortable walking to various places.

Our stay was great - close proximity to downtown and the venue we were in town for, and every need was thought of and provided for at this stay. They do appear to use a property manager for scheduling and communication which was slow and fairly unresponsive.After I had made my original reservation, I realized quickly I had not put the right leave date in - and I requested immediately an extension of one day, but did not receive a response until I asked a second time months later. Needless to say, that was just a small blip and we were fortunate to find another place, mostly my fault for not being more organized at the time of scheduling. Everything else was just wonderful!

Clean cute and cozy little home. Has everything you need and then some. The location is very convenient and easy access to Hwy 24.

Cute comfortable bungalow, easy in/out. Very well equipped kitchen, nice to have washer/dryer. Walking distance to a few restaurants, close driving to several others. Manitou Springs/Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods a mere 20 minute drive away. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay! So well stocked and my kids were SO excited about the snacks and candy waiting for us when we got there.

Perfect place perfect location and perfect host

Kitchen was great! Anything needed was there. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans, linens..Didnt use laindry but everything was there.Unit was clean and very comfortable.

This charming bungalow in the most adorable neighborhood had everything we could possibly need during our COS vacation. All the extra touches (snacks, bottled water, kitchen and bathroom amenities) were SO thoughtful. It's the perfect location within walking distance for delicious food and drink. We appreciate the owners going the extra mile for the comfort of their guests.

Great stay and easy walk to town.

This place comes with everything! The hosts really thought of every single item we imagined needing. The washer works very well, as does the dishwasher! There are pots and pans galore in the kitchen and spices and other dry ingredients we used to cook our meals. The bowl of snacks was a welcome touch and we really appreciated the commemorative Christmas ornament since we stayed over the winter holidays! The whole house was just so cozy and perfect!

The Gnome Home is exquisitely designed and beautifully appointed. The historical house combines with modern amenities to make our stay very comfortable! The neighborhood is very quiet and we enjoyed the proximity to the Experience apts where our son lives. Host was very responsive to a kitchen lighting problem. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay was great! It was tastefully decorated. It was fully stocked with amenities. It was close to everything we wanted to see. We felt safe in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful home with very attentive landlords. House was extremely neat, tons of brochures on things to do. They had a little care package for us to eat on. Washer and dryer were a wonderful! Thanks again for the lovely home!

Perfect for our Downtown stay in Colorado Springs. So many great places within walking distance, and other places just a short drive. This place is super comfy/cozy and very well appointed. Lots of little extras including a great coffee/tea station and a cute basket of snacks. Cute and functional backyard with a nice BBQ. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great location. Close to downtown, Pikes Peak, Garden of Gods and much more! House was clean and comfortable. Appreciated that it had a washer and dryer and the kitchen was well equipped. Couple call outs... there is only street parking so you are not guaranteed a space near the house and you can hear the train throughout the night.

Great location! Walk to fantastic restaurants, short drive to amazing hiking. Perfect for a couple. The property also had a lot of stocked supplies for guests to use in kitchen and bath. Very well thought out. Would stay again.

House was perfect and in a great location! Hunter was very responsive and let us check out late due to our flight time. We will be back.

This place was pretty much the central location to all the places we've visited. This house is beautiful and Excellent hospitality from the owners. I'd recommend this house to anyone!

Very cute house in a great location walkable to many restaurants!

My husband and I were here on vacation staying at my niece’s house in Divide. My husband ended up with a collapsed lung and had to have emergency surgery and was hospitalized for a week. After he was released we wanted to stay somewhere closer to the hospital and I happened upon the gnome home. It was very cute and cozy. It was very clean and neat. The bed was comfortable and the sheets smelled clean and fresh. There were some snacks left out, which we enjoyed. I would highly recommend this adorable home if you’re looking for a cozy place to stay. Thank you Hunter and Beth for making us feel welcome.

Excellent location (especially for 4th of July fireworks). Darling bungalow. All of the supplies were high quality!!! Super clean and well equipped home. Snacks were a nice surprise!!!Also outside back yard was private and comfortable (and lively atmosphere).

We loved our stay! The location is unbeatable, 10-15min drive to all the places we wanted to visit near Colorado Springs! We absolutely loved the backyard and were having dinner outside almost every evening! We really enjoyed all the board games and the kids really appreciated all the snacks the hosts have left for us. The bungalow was extremely clean, very charming, super comfortable and had everything we needed! It was exactly as described and better!

Held up at the cottage for 4 days while my son attended a sports camp at UCCS. Teleworked during the day and biked and hiked in the afternoons. Also enjoyed the short walk to downtown for dinner and such, it was very convenient. The neighbors are super friendly and we even enjoyed a short evening on their porch visiting. Overall a perfect stay and hopefully can do it all again next year!

Property was very clean. Check in was easy. I loved the interior decor with the gnomes. Couch and bed were very comfortable. Loved the snacks! Only thing that was hard for me was neing so close to the train tracks.

This house exceeded our expectations! The hosts were super friendly and communicated quickly with us when we had questions. The location is great and near a lot of fun things to do, many of which are within walking distance. There's also a great local coffee shop nearby. Overall great experience!

Love Colorado! The bungalow was perfectly situated to see many of the wonderful sights near Colorado Springs and close to our son’s place.

The place was exactly as described. Very clean and had everything we could have needed for our week long stay. The location was great and walkable to a lot of bars and restaurants and close driving distance to all the main hiking hot spots. The host provided great recommendations as well and were very responsive!

My husband and I were in town for nieces graduation from Air force Academy. Short 20 minutes drive. We came a few days early explored. Close to so much. This home was so cozy with everything you might need but wouldn’t think to bring.snacks, coffee and water helped get us started! Would highly recommend and would stay again. Oh also so very clean!

Everything was exactly as listed. Very clean and well equipped with everything we needed to make us comfortable during our stay. The location was great to a lot of bars and restaurants and also close to all the nearby hiking trails. We would 100% stay again!

This little house was even better than I expected. It was clean, the kitchen stocked with everything I needed along with a few extra goodies. The neighborhood was quiet and safe (I was a woman traveling alone, so I appreciated this!) There is a lovely outdoor spot in the backyard. The bed was comfy, and location was within walking distance to all the activity of downtown. Food and coffee close by. This place made my stay even better than it would have been otherwise. I would stay here again! Thank you for your hospitality.

The cottage was perfect for my daughter and myself. It was centrally located and in walking distance of several restaurants. Everything was clean and stocked with everything that we needed. The neighborhood was very quiet. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this cottage if you are heading to Colorado Springs.

This little house was perfect for us in every way. The kitchen was furnished with care. Bed was comfortable. Our son came and slept on the pullout couch for two nights and said it was great. Although we didn’t use it, there is a sweet backyard with a table and chairs. Best of all for us is that it is so close to Colorado College where we visited our granddaughter. We loved it here!

This place was perfect for a couple getting away for the weekend. It was clean, comfortable, updated, and well stocked with everything we needed from cutting boards to coffee. We would absolutely stay here again.

Location and size were perfect, and the quiet location made it a nice retreat. We hope to stay again!

Liked the coziness of the home. It had some nice snacks and some coffee and tea upon arrival. Wish the fridge water worked to avoid bottled water. Very close to many sites and shops. Bed very comfortable. The train does go by frequently but we got used to it.

My wife and I stayed in this house for four nights in mid-October as part of a road trip to Colorado. The property was everything we wanted: clean, close to restaurants, and quiet. We almost hated to leave.

Very cute place hosted by gnomes with a local theme. Very comfy bed and the shower felt big. We had everything we needed. The location was great and we felt completely safe strolling the neighborhood in the evening. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Great location.. easy access to all popular sites.super comfortable… just thought of everything a guest could want.. including snacks upon check-in. I’d love to stay here again!
