Coldwater Family Retreat w/ Boat Dock & Grill!

Great location and property for enjoying the lake and nature!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very nice, spacious and clean. The view of the lake was absolutely beautiful and the water was so clear. The beach area was perfect for the grandchildren to swim and play. We could have used more refrigerator space due to our 5 year old granddaughter having diabetes and celiac disease so we did all the cooking at the lake house. Everyone would like to return next year for another vacation.

This was our second trip to this house on Rose Lake. The house is well stocked, very comfortable, and just as described. We love the crib for our littlest and the space to spread out for the rest of us. The swimming off the dock and sandy bottom made for excellent memories! Looking forward to coming back again soon.

Our family met for a holiday gathering at this location and it proved to be the perfect getaway for all of us! The house was spacious, inviting, and beautifully decorated. Our hosts were very easy to communicate with and had left everything in order to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

This house was perfect for our family holiday weekend. Plenty of bedrooms and a large kitchen and family room made meals and games together easy. Kitchen was well stocked and the hosts were accommodating. Highly recommend.

This property is a great destination for a lake getaway! We were in the area for my son’s wedding. And although our schedule was pretty busy. We enjoyed being able to unwind by the lake with a beautiful fire. Definitely would like to stay again. When be we have more time!

House is spacious and clean, with large kitchen, nice lower level patio and a very nice upper deck with beautiful views. We really enjoyed the lake. Rented a pontoon boat and cruised around lake a bunch of times and anchored at the sand bar for afternoon relaxation on the lake. Shallow but clean lake, with a considerable amount of nature preserve as shoreline. Great stay!

Gorgeous view from porch! This place had all and more for my family and friends to visit for a quick weekend while in area for a football game. Fishing from the dock and space for larger group was perfect for us. We all came in from VA, OH, and IN for a fun Sept weekend! Thank you!!

Would visit this place again. Plenty of stuff for water activities and tons of room in the house.

FAMILY TIME

Our family landed on this property for our annual trip. With 8 adults and 4 children ranging from 1-6 it can be challenging to find a home that actually meets everyone’s needs. This home was amazing! It was very clean and welcoming, we all had plenty of room, everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of towels and linens. We all had the best time playing in the lake, fishing from the dock, making smores around the campfire, and truly having a relaxing family filled weekend. Great hosts and great property.

We adore the house at Rose Lake and have been back many times. It is so well maintained, amazingly comfortable beds, clean and well stocked! A lovely lake, well cared for home and perfectly relaxing vacation.

From the location of the house all the way to the amenities available it was all perfect. I would definitely visit here again! Communication with property owners was easy and punctual. Supplies within the house was exactly what was needed and more. Lots of activities available to use and everything was thought of!

What a great place for a family to create memories. Our family loved our time at the lake house. The place is supplied with whatever you may need. Very clean inside the house and grounds were beautiful. Nice and quiet small. Perfect for us. Hosts were on top of their game and answered all questions in a very timely manner which made things go smooth.One of our best Vrbos yet ??
