Stayed Jan 18, 2026This little cottage was very clean and roomy. The neighborhood and neighbors were very nice, friendly with lots of dogs and great area to walk. Access to the beach and bike /walking/ running path was excellent. Close to many coffee shops restaurants and open air markets. The owner was kind snd very responsive to any needs.

Stayed Jul 18, 2025Perfect for a family of 4. Reminded me of times when I visited my parents. Very clean and excellent communication. All the info in the custom binder is a big plus for those looking for things to do or places to eat locally. Close to a WalMart and just off the beach which made the trip even easier. Even has bikes for those wanting ro ride down to the beach. Would definitely book again!

Stayed Jun 26, 2025Cocoa's Cottage was a great place to unwind and relax. Having bicycles there was a bonus. The Walmart was super close as well as other food options. It wasn't a long drive to Gulfport at all either.I really loved the sitting area on the front porch and with the yard being fenced in my dog sat out there with me for hours.

Stayed May 28, 2025What a great stay. Location was perfect and so close to beach, restaurants and activities while being a quiet relaxing place. House was very nice and clean. Fencing in front and back made traveling with dogs much easier. Thank you for having us and hope to return again!

Stayed May 24, 2025We really enjoyed staying here, was quiet and tranquile. There are beach bicycles in case you want to go on an outing, and also the place was professionally cleaned. Older property and laundry room could use a bit updating, but washer and dryer works well.We enjoyed the stay!

Stayed Mar 16, 2025We had a nice stay. The beach was in walking distance. We didn’t walk in the beach though because no dogs were allowed. We did sober shipping in the surrounding area. The kitchen facilities were more than adequate. We cooked some of our meals but also enjoyed the local restaurants. Lauren was responsive to our questions and concerns.

Stayed Dec 24, 2024As usual the entire process was easy. Lauren responds immediately during communication. We love staying here, it’s clean and comfortable, home away from home. We stay here once a yr to enjoy sister time lol. Absolutely our go to house when visiting the coast!
