Cocoa Cottage with a Private in-Ground Pool

We loved having the pool to use after a ling day at Hershey Park.

The house exceeded our expectations, and the location was fantastic. I didn’t realize how close everything was—restaurants and shops were all within walking distance, which made it easy to leave our car parked in the provided spot (a huge bonus!).We were in town for an event at the Giant Center, and it was only about a 10-minute drive depending on traffic, which made everything very convenient and stress-free.The house itself was cute and quaint, and this was my first experience staying in a VRBO—it truly was an A experience. I would absolutely stay here again.

This cozy cottage was perfect for our trip! The kids loved the pool and we really appreciated how close we were to everything. Everything was clean and neat. Check in/out was very easy. Thanks a bunch to host for great overall experience!

The house was extremely clean and very comfortable. The pool was lovely. Parking was easy. Location was perfect.

Perfect location, charming house and relaxing.

House was very clean and kitchen had everything we needed. The host was quick to communicate when we had any questions. The only minor things that could be improved are updating the power outlets and mattresses. We struggled to use a lot of the power outlets (plug would not stay in properly, outlet wouldn’t charge devices properly), so I would suggest updating those. Also, a couple of the mattresses were very lumpy and uncomfortable, so I would suggest updating those for a more pleasant stay for future guests. Other than those minor things, we really enjoyed our stay!

We stayed here for a 30th birthday celebration. Everything was great. The pool was perfect and you can’t beat the location. Heather was very welcoming and dealt with a minor issue immediately. I highly recommend.

The Cocoa Cottage was above and beyond what my family and I ever expected!! The house is amazing! Clean, so cute, great layout, perfect location but most of all the pool was incredible!!!!! The owner has the home stocked with all necessities, very detailed instructions regarding check in/check out, trash, etc. A cute handy pamphlet with extra info about nearby restaurants and areas to check out. This was by far the best house rental I’ve booked and can’t wait to visit again! Thank you!!

Beautiful home!

We stay in a lot of homes, and this kitchen was so inclusive. Multiple coffee makers - every pot & pan you could ever need, and glassware, plates, and utensils were very nicely stocked. Pool was fabulous after long days, and salt water made it even better. Easy walking to multiple restaurants and things to do. I completely recommend this place.

Great location! Pool and home was clean. Local grocery store and restaurants are all walkable. Will book again next summer if available.

We were impressed with all aspects of the house and pool. Very well stocked with kitchen, bath and pool essentials. The house is so close to downtown Hershey, the park, chocolate factory and other outdoor activities. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to explore all that Hersey has to offer.

This house sits on a quiet street lined with the cutest homes. Front porch sitting, hardwood floors, original home character, a beautiful kitchen, the most comfortable couches ever, and a covered back porch overlooking the pool with a view of downtown Hershey and rollercoasters. I love this home. It was immaculently clean. You can hear music from Hersheypark Stadium. A short 9 min car ride gets you to hersheyworld and hersheypark stadium. Will definitley be back ! #PostMalone/Jelly Roll Best crepes ever from Au Bon Lieu French Crepery! Just walk out the back yard, cross the alley and boom. Best crepes ever!

We had the pleasure of staying here over a long holiday weekend. The home was all you would want and more. It was well stocked, clean, and in a great location. Restaurants, coffee shops and many attractions were located near by. The host was a pleasure to deal with and we are looking forward to our next visit!

Cocoa Cottage was meticulously clean and well stocked with every amenity you could think of. The location was in walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. We enjoyed the spacious deck and well appointed rooms. We were wishing it was summer so we could have enjoyed the beautiful pool. Our hostess was attentive in communication. We will be back!

The house was great, within walking distance of downtown Hershey and the Hershey museum. The park and chocolate world are about 2.5 miles from the front gate to the cottage door, so for us we drove. The house was clean, well appointed with everything we needed. The pool was clean and the owner had it open past labor day. I think the kids enjoyed the pool more than the park. Great house, easy check-in and check-out, and exactly like the posting.

This house was super convenient to the park and in the evening in walking distance to many great restaurants. The house is super clean, the salt water pool was great and there is ample parking--on the street and in the alley way behind the house with direct access to the yard.

This is the best place you can stay in Hershey. The location is close to everything you’d want to see/do in Hershey, the house is beautiful (and spotless), the pool is incredible, the beds are comfortable, etc. Heather (the host) is also incredibly helpful, accommodating, and is fast with communication. This will definitely be our go to spot for all of our future travel to Hershey.

We enjoyed a concert at the stadium and the following day at the park. This was the best location to be in and the pool was tbe perfect spot to cool off in between activities

What a beautiful cottage! Super clean and spacious. A beautiful, clean pool to enjoy lazy days and nights. Heather was attentive and answered any questions we had during our stay. Loved the proximity to the restaurants, shops and Hershey Attractions.

We had 4 adults and 5 kids stay during a recent trip to Hershey and could not have asked for anything more. The location is PERFECT. We could walk to a variety of restaurants and the street is precious. The local grocery store was all we needed and the pool gave the kids all the friend time they could ask for. This was the BEST stocked VRBO I've ever stayed in. There was NOTHING that we needed that wasn't at our fingertips. The quality of bedding, blankets, towels, and more was second to none. This house was curated and is maintained with love and intentionality. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Feel very lucky that we found this cozy cottage. Everything was great! Arrived to find a clean house! The house is exactly what is shown on VRBO. It is located in the heart of Hershey. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
