Stayed Dec 19, 2025We loved our stay. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. The putting green and fire pit were especially convenient and enjoyable. Communication with the host was excellent. Check-in and checkout were very easy. We highly recommend this home and would definitely stay again.

Stayed Feb 5, 2026Excellent hosts and a perfect property for a stay in Jacksonville. The house is well equipped with everything you need, and there were so many thoughtful additions to ensure a great experience (multi usb charging blocks in each bedroom, plenty of towels, youtube tv set up, a playstation with games, etc etc). Stayed Aug 3, 2025We were so pleased with our stay at the Cobia Cottage. It was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing . We loved being close to the beaches, as well as all the restaurants and shops in the area. While the neighborhood is an older neighborhood, we appreciated how your house was newly renovated and the outside well manicured . The neighborhood is quiet and quaint . It was the perfect stay for us as we were seeing our daughter off to college . Thank you

Stayed Jul 5, 2025Super cute Cobia cottage looked just like the pictures! It was clean and comfortable and cozy! Fully stocked with board games and puzzles. My kids had so much fun with the putting Green and the PlayStation as well as the basket of snacks that was a big hit for my kids. The beach was only a 10 minute bike ride away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back!

Stayed Oct 19, 2023Clean, comfortable and quiet! This is a charming little cottage that is very well maintained, cozy and supplied with anything you may need. The back yard is lots of fun as well with a fire pit, hammock, games and putting green. All of the extra amenities, along with a great location make this an excellent choice for a memorable stay. The owners have gone above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Highly recommend!
