⛵️Coastal Cottage in Waterfront Neighborhood

I can not say enough praise about Andrew his immaculate comfortable cozy cottage and whomever his cleaning service is. Prestine lodging with the comfiest beds and everything you need accessible in house. We were in town for a wedding but want to come back and visit our friends in the area also just to stay here again. Location is beautiful quiet neighborhood and a walk to water and boat ramps. The decor is so lovely and homey feeling. Quiet porch mornings were relaxing. Andrew is a joy to deal with and always replied quickly or offered any help with recommendations. Located minutes from grocery and plenty of chain restaurants along with local dining. We recommend Coastal Haze. Also emerald isle (10 min away) offered plenty. We went to movie theater and I enjoyed a massage at the Emerald Isle Massage.There are beach chairs available at the house we used for Bouge Pier.Thank you for a very enjoyable stay.

Andrew's Coastal Cottage is Fantastic ! Location, location, location ! Everything was as described, and immaculately clean. The house is well stocked with all the necessities, and a basket of snacks to enjoy. The washer and dryer are top notch, and of course detergent and dryer sheets were provided. Communication was fantastic ! We enjoyed the peace and calmness of the neighborhood, while still extremely close to the Emerald Isle hustle and bustle, as well as beautiful beaches. Andrew has a great grill built into the front deck, where we grilled fresh fish from Phillips Seafood, just up the road, right off of the boat. This home is definitely on our short list for a return visit, Thanks Andrew !

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage! It was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.The peaceful setting made it the perfect place to unwind, and the host was friendly, responsive, and made us feel right at home.We would absolutely recommend this cottage and would love to return!

This is the second time we rent this cottage from Andrew. This is a great property, very clean, and with many amenities (coffee!) The owner is very responsive as well as attentive to making us feel welcome and taken care of. Having a personalized downladable app to keep all directions on my phone was also great! Thank you. The kitchen was fully equipped, everything was there down to the spices. The house was immaculate, tastefully decorated, inviting and cozy. Our host was very professional but more important genuinely concern that our stay would be memorable. Which I can honestly say indeed it was. This space was excellent. It was decorated so cute! Check in was seamless, communication was great and the location was quiet but close to Emerald Isle for beach and restaurants. My family and I loved this rental. The owner is so thoughtful providing extras such as shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, even lotion ! Can’t say enough !

Went for a quick weekend trip. We had an amazing stay, very clean and Andrew communicated everything. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Wanted to break the summer in with a quick getaway to a new area. Coastal cottage was the perfect spot. Had everything we needed and then some. Great communication, extremely clean, and home was on spot with the pics. Will definitely be back again!

The owner made every part of our stay so simple and easy. The cottage is upscale and coastal furnishings- fabulous small kitchen and appliances. All linens and bedding first class- plus spotless. The neighborhood is charming - loved sitting in the deck in the late afternoon and evening enjoying the bird songs and quiet. Not far from the beaches at all. Easy drive and friendly people everywhere. The owner recommendations were spot on. Strongly recommend staying here if you are in the area! I hope we will be able to come again!

We drove from Pennsylvania for a 3-night stay to celebrate my dad's 90th birthday. Because so many family members were arriving from out-of-state, we chose the cottage for its proximity to Emerald Isle where they live. The cottage was very comfortable and extremely quiet, which was an added bonus. We were worried about the loft ceiling since the listing indicates it is recommended for children, but it was not a problem for our adult daughter. We would definitely recommend the cottage for your next stay!

We had an incredible time at this coastal cottage! The home was immaculate and so cozy! Had we stayed in, we would have still had a great time! We grilled out every night and went shelling and sight seeing during the day. We definitely will return in the future! Thank you Mr Andrew!

Andrew’s communication was exceptional. The place was very clean and the set up for renters was perfect. The location was a short drive from Emerald Beach. I was even able to kayak close by in the neighborhood.

Really enjoyed our stay. Property was very clean which is a big one for us. The cottage was very well equipped with extras if you forgot. There were a few very minor things that I did let Andrew know about but this did not affect our stay. Andrew is a great host & super easy to communicate with. Outside deck & grill great for what we needed & beds were comfortable. We will stay here again 100% next time we visit our friends in the neighborhood. Close to the beach by car. Mind you we stayed off season so the traffic was not too mad. We did drive North about 20-20 mins for a visit to Fort Macon that we all enjoyed! Beaches are great!

We stayed at this property January 2024 and loved it, so we decided to stay again! Its close to family and close to everything we like to do. The property is clean and comfortable and very well kept. And this stay we found the distillery right around the corner, loved it! Andrew is very easy to work with and very pleasant. We will stay again in the future!

The house was beautiful just right for one person or for a family. Andrew went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The house was well equipped all you need to bring is your toothbrush. I can’t wait to rent from him again.

Host Andrew ,was amazing supplying details and the rental was above and beyond what we expected. it was the most precious home with wonderful appointed amenities not to mention impeccable cleanliness. It was definitely a GEM!!!!! We will inquire again in the very near future as well as other family members for future visits to see our daughter and military husband.
