Coastal Brigantine Cottage: Walk to Beaches

Great location, close to beach and also to key spots in town!

The house was clean and well-equipped for light cooking. I received a text message after check-in to confirm all was well.

Beautiful property. Great use of space. I liked thay the prop mgr checked in to see if everything was ok.it was expensive for 5 nights but we had a great time.

House was a great central location, walking distance to grocery store and the beach. Property was as described, clean and family friendly.

We had a very nice time as it was our second year staying at this cottage. It’s cleans (except the outdoor grill need needed to be cleaned) and every close to the beach. I definitely recommend this cottage for beach lovers!!!

We had a great time with our friends down the shore at this property; great amount of rooms and bathrooms for a bigger group; there was a small issue with spiders and flies in the property, the property also could've been slightly cleaner; overall, the house was great for our use but could use a few upgrades

Comfortable, clean place to stay. Hands down the best equipped rental I've stayed at (toiletries, silverware, cooking utensils, etc.). The rental company had a problem running my final payment that required me to call my credit card company (they never received a payment request) and then to the rental company. Problem was resolved but I'm still not sure why it was a problem, at all.

We had a wonderful weekend in this cottage. The location is great, a 2 block easy walk to the beach. Lots of beach fun with the grand kids. The back deck and table were a wonderful setting for dinner outdoors. The listing included a pull out queen that was not there, but the host apologized and assures us it has been corrected. The spiral staircase is very narrow and steep, not safe for little ones. Overall we enjoyed our stay. If you have kids who enjoy a good playground, don't miss the shark park!

This is the perfect house to have a great family vacation. The house, the linens, and all the amenities were very clean. It was great that it was pet friendly as well! The house is a short walk to the beach and the ACME and Wawa are within walking distance as well. There is an outdoor shower, a deck, a nice clean grill, and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy family fun nights outside. We would definitely rent this house again for our next Brigantine trip!

We had a great week at this bungalow. Clean, as described, and great location. Great communication with hosts as needed. We hope they will decide to allow pets again, because we would definitely return next year.

This house and location was perfect for our family. It was walkable to the beach-included beach tags. It had everything you need and extras (blankets, towels, sham/cond, hair dryer, coffee- pot & k cups, dishes/trays, inflatable mattress, etc). We loved the back patio and the great outside shower. House was very clean. Looking forward to renting again next summer.

The property was immaculate! It was so perfect for our family (grandchildren as well)!! We can’t wait to book again! We built many Great memories which we will always cherish.

We enjoyed this property. It was clean, well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and a grill. It is in a very nice neighborhood close to the Acme for grocery shopping. The only downfall was the distance of the beach to the ocean. It was difficult getting everything we needed for a day at the beach walking through the sand. We did love that we were able to take our 12 year old lab. She had a blast.

It works for all our needs my sons in a wheelchair we used an assemble ramp that we brought to get into the front door was perfect for him. They provided blankets and even dog bowls and we had the best time and the property was very clean and exactly as described.
