Clean room & host was very responsive

Communication was excellent. The checkin process was super smooth. The room was nice and cold when we checked in. Sheets and bedding and towels were clean, perfect stay for the two nights that we were there.

My wife and I were pleased with the Vrbo we rented in Rockport, Texas just recently. Everything that was promised for the property was given. Everything that we were there for was close by and weather was great. Would highly recommend staying at Rockport Cottages again in the future.

Just what I needed. Their grass is beautiful so if you stay there and take your puppy please take your poop bags. The grass is nice and manicured. The place was very clean and stocked with great coffee and cups. This place is also very close to everything. I will rent again.

The house was in good shape with good AC and in a good location. Couldn’t have asked for an easier stay.

We didn't have any issues while staying here. Staff provided all the info to check in the day of.the only thing I didn't love was that there's no window to see the parking lot so you can't see your car if needed. There is a window that faces the other side. It was nice to be able to quickly walk outside for my dog to take care of business. Lots of grassy areas available which was great. This was in a good spot too, close to the beach area, bars, shops, etc.

A very cute little property. There are several units. Ours was about the size of a hotel room with a micro wave and fridge. Great location close to restaurants and swimming. If we stay here again we will bring something to soften the mattress.

Cottage 1 worked out well for us. I am an artist and was participating at the Rockport Art Show. The venue was close to the cottage.

Nice accommodations. Would stay again. Host was responsive. Had some minor issues but they responded in a timely manner.

Great place! Cute, clean, close to beach! But check in is late 4pm. Would have liked to get in at least one hour sooner. Being at the beach all day and needed a shower.

All you need is within minutes away. The apartment, I called it, was clean and it was all you need to spend the night.One issue I had was the buffering of the WiFi on the tv. Not the end of the world mind you but when you turn on and start watching, you hope to not have the signal die every five minutes. Technology is what it is.I felt very safe with the police department and city hall next door.The fact that we were part of a church setting also made me feel comfortable. Only form of command when we got there an email gave us the code and all the details for the stay. Which was fine with me.

Nice place to stay to fish for a few days

The lush grass was great for the dogs. Parking was easy. We did not see or hear the neighbors. Walking distance to marina and the cafe. Short drive to little town, shopping, and coffee shops. This town is laid back and very chill compared to Port Aransas or the rat race of Corpus. If you're looking to relax and enjoy great restaurants, do it!

I’m disabled and was expected to take trash to a dumpster that was not close. I hate when they charge cleaning fees and then you have to help them clean. Outside of that the cottage was very pretty and clean, parking was right next to it.

It was great. The location is close to almost everything. And several beaches are close or within an hour away. I recommend this place for convenience alone. And yet it has a comfortable vibe.

The one bedroom room was cozy, clean and comfortable. We felt safe walking around the area and the air conditioner worked very well!

My sister joined me and my dog to stay in Rockport for three days and two nights. This location is perfect for quick access to the beach, downtown businesses, restaurants, and trails to walk or bike. The bed was large enough to share comfortably. The closet already had hangars for us to use. There was plenty of furniture to store away luggage and clothing if needed. We used the fridge, microwave, Keurig the whole time. Our one suggestion is to have a mirror outside of the bathroom, too, to help when getting ready to go out for the day and excursions. Other than that, we loved the stay!

Only a few blocks from the beach and fresh air. The room reflected the atmosphere of area. Such a pleasant and bright room. Coffe maker, with cups coffee and creamer. Mini fridge (wished it was slightly bigger) fresh linens, and towels. It’s a great place to stay!!!

Simple, clean, convenient.

Was in town to visit family, just me and my little puppers. Stayed 2 nights. Easy check in, comfortable spot, close to everything. Nice little porch with rocking chairs to enjoy in the evening. The only thing I would recommend is adding a cafe style table. The low table wasn't really practical. Will definitely be back.

We loved this little cottage so much! It was perfect for myself, my husband, and our two dogs. The grounds were well kept and just so cute! The cottage was clean and everything we needed was provided -- microwave, small refrigerator, and a Keurig coffee maker. We are pretty minimalist and it fit our needs perfectly. Nina, our point of contact, was immensely kind and responsive and made our stay that much more enjoyable. Thank you Nina :) And let's just talk about location! We couldn't have asked for a better spot -- walking distance to shops, the beach, Doggone Brewery (which I definitely recommend too!), and even mechanics for when I had car troubles. This will be our go-to spot every time we come to Rockport from now on! Especially that it is so affordable even with pets, it made us feel welcome that our whole family could enjoy our trip.
