Stayed Jun 19, 2025We had a fabulous weekend staying at the Cape Cottage! The house was clean, well stocked and incredibly cozy. The location was a quick drive or bike ride into downtown Chatham, the owners were accessible and we would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a Chatham getaway.

Stayed Jul 27, 2024We had a great week’s vacation at this charming cottage. It was recently renovated, exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the yard, the outdoor shower, was too warm for the firepit. The house had everything we needed, plenty of hangers, french press, keurig, washer/dryer, air conditioning. It was generously stocked with handsoap, body soap, shampoo, etc. Kitchen appliances were new, had everything you need for an at home dinner. You could walk or short drive to dogfish tacos, mom & pop burgers, larrys px, ocean state job lot. Beach was $20 per day or weekly pass for $75, which allows various beaches. Access was great via code entry. Owners were very responsive and checked in.
