Close to Beach & P-Town! Cottage w/ Bay Views

Great for our LDW stay. Great size for a family of 4 with a very convenient location for everywhere we wanted to go.

This is an outstanding vacation property in every aspect, clean, cozy cape cod cottage with well-stocked nice kitchen. It is good for old folks like us as it is one level no stairs at all. But above all what stands out is location location and location truly amazing perched on the cliffs overlooking the ocean Atlantic Ocean and Cape cod Bay beautiful I can't say enough privacy and accessible with a 5-minute drive to Provincetown you won't regret renting this place it's fantastic thank you so much to our host

My favorite home I’ve rented in Ptown area, by far my favorite due to close proximity to bay and ocean, wonderful trails to walk dogs. Private location, pretty much in the dunes, close to town as well

Lovely area. Overall nice property. Just little things like the living room shades and shower curtain need to be changed. We came at the end of the season so I suspect these things will get replaced over the next couple of weeks.

This was a lovely place to stay - quiet, spacious, clean, with a modern kitchen, and just 10 minutes from Provincetown and Race Point.

This property is perfect for a little Cape Cod getaway. The location is secluded but close to everything. If you walk two minutes up the road, you can watch beautiful sunsets over the bay. The cottage looks exactly as shown in the pictures and has a large yard as well. My only criticism is that the beds were creaky and uncomfortable, and there weren't any extra garbage bags or paper towels in the house. Other than those minor issues, we had a great stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to spend time in the Cape.

Nice house on quiet street- comfy and clean and great location on the Outer Cape . Kitchen has everything you need and there is a lovely patio to grill and eat outside.

Walk to the beach was awesome, just enough space to stretch out. Privacy was wonderful.

We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Our 2 dogs loved the location for beautiful walks. We were there for Thanksgiving and brought a 14 pound turkey which we couldn't cook because there isn't an actual stove...that said we would plan differently and stay there again in a heartbeat! actual stove/oven

Location up on cliff in small group of houses near dunes, trail, but close driving distance to beaches and PTown. Host very accessible when had issue with cable.

This cottage is adorable! It was perfect for my mom, my 4 year old and I to stay in for a quick end of summer getaway! Its located close to Provincetown for shopping, restaurants, beaches, and other sightseeing! We had a great time!

Location, location, location. This place is in the perfect location for an amazing cape getaway. If you have never stayed in the outer cape this peaceful and quaint cottage is going to show you how to relax. Its proximity to Provincetown combined with its quiet outdoor space and amazing views cannot be matched. We enjoyed spending evenings on the patio, grilling and chilling and finished the nights off with sunset views over the bay from the best vantage point known to man. It is very close to all of the best beaches and a quick drive to the interesting night life of provincetown. The cottage itself was very clean and spacious for our group. I really liked not having to bring our own linens. The high speed internet access allowed some of us to work remotely when needed. It had all the comforts of home in a cute little package. P.S. The outdoor shower is amazing!!!!!!!!!!
