This is a ground floor unit with it's own porch, including rockers and a table and chairs. The top two floors are 2 bedroom 2 bath. The shabby chic decor includes an open living, dining, kitchen and a private bedroom and large bath. Parking, beach, perfect doll house with all extras included in the convenient heart of Sea Isle City. Sparkling clean and comfy.

RESERVATION POLICY... because our property is so unique, the demand often exceeds availability. The home is booked one year in advance. We keep a waiting list of requested weeks. The existing Guests have first request for the same week the following year. This is secured with a $300.deposit. If no request is made within a week of departure, the date is made available to the waiting list. Existing Guests from other weeks are given priority over new Guests on the waiting list.

What a beautiful setting, You come up to a great wraparound porch with rocking chairs to enjoy the ocean breezes immediately. The apartment was just the right size for 2 with lovely decor. Then you got out the side door and really see the magical garden. Between the lights and flowers and the fire pit, we were swept away from the stress from home and could just relax. It is in the perfect location to walk to the beach. We went about 3 blocks down the promenade and found an outside bar The Sandbar with great drinks and very good food. Sunday, it was easy to walk downtown and watch the game at the Dead Dog. It was so nice, we decided to make it a tradition. We will be back next year

This was a great spot for two people in Sea Isle City. The owners live next door and are super friendly.
This was one stop among several for my summer travel. The cottage is close to the beach, restaurants and shops. It is also in a great location for quick & easy access to the surrounding areas. I enjoyed my time in the area.
We took a three day weekend to re-connect with some relatives and old friends. This property was well located to be able to easily meet freinds. Tara the owner was very friendly and gave us a lot of useful local information upon check in. She and her husband live next door and made themselves available if there was anything that we needed. The property is fairly well stocked with the necessities, although we really did nothing more than sleep there and make coffee in the AM. The porch has a pair of rocking chairs which are a nice place to relax.
We loved staying here and celebrating our 48th wedding anniversary The location was perfect and easily accessible to grocery,church etc
