Stayed Dec 31, 1969This Seaview house has lots of character and just steps from the beach. The house, which dates from the '20s, is filled with books and has a wonderful welcoming atmosphere. Unlike some older houses, it is very bright. The location is fantastic, being just one house from the beach. Also, the house has an unusual amount of open space around it. The owner provided lots of bikes, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. and the kitchen facilities were great. This is clearly a much loved home rather than a dedicated rental property. This part of Seaview is very quiet, but is close to the bustle and facilities of Ocean Beach. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this house again.
