City Centre Cottage beside the River Ness

Sweet cottage near the river ness, not on the river ness. House very comfortable and host very nice. All good!

We loved this beautiful cottage. Very convenient to everywhere we needed to be, just a short walk along the Ness. Warm duvets. Loved the eating nook looking out in the garden.

Very nice house in a great location. It was very clean and the perfect accommodations for our family. Greggor's communication was great! Easy check-in. He provided us with a tour to the Isle of Skye which was excellent and taylored so that all in our party were able to see the sites. He also picked up and Fish and Chips dinner for us and it was the best meal!This house and host are highly recommended!

Excellent cottage near the River Ness and close to all amenities and restaurants in the centre of Inverness.Would highly recommend.

The cottage is well situated for walking to markets, shops, and sites. The host is very accommodating and offers driving tours as well. We'd return anytime.

Gregor is an amazing host and tour guide. He treated us like family while we were visiting. The house is very clean and in the perfect location. We highly recommend staying there and touring with Gregor if he is available. Highly recommend!

Close to the town centre so very easy to find restaurants close by and Aldi is right around the corner!The space is generous and will accommodate 6 but has only one bathroom so it can be a bit challenging.We thoroughly enjoyed the space and even had a fire in the evening which was lovely. The little conservatory dining space was really nice when the sun came out.The host was very responsive and very generous with the amenities. I would definitely recommend the cottage for future travellers

Cottage exactly as listed, clean, light, and cozy. Location was excellent - small pleasant walk across bridge into shopping and restaurants. Gregor was communicative through entire process and helped us out a bunch on planning and direction. We took him up on a rather bespoke tour that was the absolute highlight of our trip.

The location was great. The accommodations were perfect for our group of six. The backyard was delightful and we especially enjoyed the fireplace and watching the Euro cup final on the very large TV in the living room! Gregor was absolutely wonderful to deal with - very helpful, very responsive and wonderfully accommodating!

Great location to seeing sights of Inverness, walking distance to downtown, restaurants and grocery shopping.Communication with owner was great and very timely. Very comfortable place.

Great location, just yards form the river, for great walks, access to the town etc... We had dogs, so the secure garden was great.

Our stay with Gregor in Inverness was fabulous! The Cottage was perfect for our needs. Everything was clean and comfortable while also being walking distance to many Inverness restaurants and shops. Having a working fireplace made ready for use was lovely. While the kitchen and bathroom were small, they met all our needs. Gregor was nice enough to have a few things for us in the kitchen for breakfast! Gregor is a fount of wonderful information and history which made out stay even better! We would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed the City Centre Cottage. It was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for the six of us. Kitchen was fully stocked and we cooked several meals there. Very much appreciated the wood burning fireplace and the logs that were provided. Just a short walk to the center of the city! Definitely recommend.

Gregor is an impressive host. The location is perfect and the cottage was lovely and cozy.

The size and location were nice. Loved being able to walk to restaurants and being so close to Aldi. A few maintenance issues, but he was there to tell us about them, which i appreciated.

Close to stores, bike tour, restaurants, River Ness. Host was very responsive to any of our requests. We hired him to pick us up at Edinburgh and give us a tour of the Isle of Skye. He was a great resource on Scottish culture and enjoyable to be around.

Easy access to town, restaurants, groceries, walk to bike rental and walking paths. Rode bikes to Dores on Loch Ness which was a great way to see the countryside!
