The bedrooms consist of a double, and a twin, serviced by a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Outside, there is non-enclosed garden with lawn and off-road parking for 3 cars. Within 2.5 miles, you will find a shop, and a pub, and within 0.6, a river. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Several excellent stretches of the SW Coast Path, the beaches at Sandy Mouth and Welcombe Mouth, Hartland Point Quay and Lighthouse and the beautiful cliff-side village of Clovelly and bike riding on the Tarka Trail are some of the attractions that should not be missed in this fascinating area.
