Stayed Apr 8, 2026The rooms were clean and tidy. The place is close to all shops and restaurants in that area. Although the space is going to give a retro feel but quite a good amount of modernization is done to meet the daily needs. Well maintained and very much recommended for a family vacation when you visit Pikes peak area.

Stayed Mar 31, 2026We were pleased with the cottage and all that it offered for our stay. We enjoyed the nostalgic feel and look of the decor and we liked our time there. The cottage was comfortable and had plenty of room for the four of us (my husband, myself, our two sons-ages 24 and 13) and our two dogs. The beds were comfortable and I was so glad there were plenty of pillows. The sofa pull-out bed was a plus to accommodate our thirteen year-old. The sitting area out back with the fire pit was a great spot for me and the dogs to hang out each morning. We loved it. The cottage location was perfect for us as it was not far from the things we wanted to see and do. Teresa's communication before and during our stay was great. She gave suggestions for things to check out and replied quickly to any questions I had.

Stayed Feb 12, 2026This was such an amazing little cottage for me and my fiance. Very homey and vintage feel, very nice outside area to hangout. Perfect location for all things to explore around the town. Host gave great recommendations on what to do around Colorado Springs. Life changing experiences, we are so pleased with our visit!

Stayed Dec 12, 2025We really liked this cottage because of the old charm that it had been built in 1923 yet very modernized by the owner. We also love the location, not far from stores, restaurants, etc. very close to I 25 in the Broadmoor hotel, which was our main attraction. We loved Some of the cool creative decor inside of the cottage (see pics) and how friendly the host was.

Stayed Oct 9, 2025This vintage home is very comfy and the location was fantastic for activities we wanted to do: Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado Springs, hiking on Cheyenne Mountain (Helen Hunt Falls) and Red Rock Canyon, Ivywild school which we did all of with a 1 year old. The house location is a bit tucked back behind the street houses. It is not fancy, but a simple comfy. There are a few games and kids toys, high chair, plenty of towels and other supplies. One thing to note is the hot tub is shared and on a neighboring property so we couldn’t take advantage of that while babysitting our 1 year old granddaughter. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Jul 5, 2025What an incredible stay! The cottage was perfect for us. Clean and tidy, stocked with plenty of essentials, and attention to detail! Plenty of extra blankets, pillows, lots of kitchen items, shower items etc. Hot tub was clean and so nice at the end of the day. Host was friendly and very responsive. Close to restaurants, and 20 mins or less drive to all of our planned activities. Highly recommend staying here!

Stayed May 17, 2025We came here from Texas for our granddaughter’s graduation! Absolutely Everything about this cottage is Top Shelf! The house is comfortable, clean and cozy. It is set back from the street so it is safer for little ones. The location is also perfect. Walking distance to trails, dining places, and even grocery store. And yet, you still feel like you’re staying in a country cabin. Our hosts were amazing and helpful in every way. They live on site, but are never intrusive. This is definitely a top choice with no regrets!!

Stayed Mar 5, 2025My daughter and I travelled to Co Springs to tour UCCS. She is planning to go there in the fall. The cottage was a perfect for for us. We went to the grocery store and got a few things to make for breakfast, snacks, etc. Teresa has the kitchen so well appointed, anything you might need! The beds were comfortable, nice sheets, and everything was super clean! Everything is within 15 min of this place!! Garden of the Gods, UCCS, restaurants, Manitou Springs… we will definitely stay here again!!

Stayed Jan 6, 2025This quaint and charming 100 year old cottage had every comfort and amenity we needed for a relaxing few days exploring Colorado Springs. We were tucked quietly back off the road as well so even through we were closely located by everything we needed, we still felt secluded! Our host was wonderfully helpful and prompt to answer any questions. She even offered several great local recommendations that we would have never known about otherwise! It was a fantastic experience!
