Cheerful Home, 3B, 3B, 2 Blocks to the Ocean

We were 3 couples in Belmar NJ for a wedding in nearby Long Branch. The house was just as described with Amy being readily available to us both before and during our stay. The 3 BR 3 Bath house was perfect for us. It is well kept and well stocked. The 10 am checkout time is a bit early especially on a rainy Monday in September but again Amy was understanding and allowed us another hour. It was a very pleasant stay indeed.

We rang in the new year in this lovely, spacious and super clean cottage. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen so we had no trouble making a delicious New Year’s Day dinner. The location is so close to the beach and many wonderful restaurants. Thank you Amy for a great stay!

It easily accommodated my husband and I and our adult children. The living area got a little tight but so nice to not have to hire a dog sitter for the weekend. So close to the beach!

My family had a wonderful stay in Belmar. The cottage was spacious, clean, close to the beach and an overall wonderful experience was had by all.

Great for older family members - so accessible! Very clean - I dropped something under the dresser and there was no dust even under that! Lovely neighborhood.

This property was exactly as shown. Everything was new and incredibly clean. Our host Amy was fantastic and super responsive. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful - simply an absolutely wonderful long weekend getaway right next to the beach!

We were very pleased with our stay. The cottage was exactly as described. Amy was responsive to our questions. The play area was a bonus! We would definitely stay here again.

We had adults traveling from 3 states to attend a family wedding. The location was perfect for the wedding and to see family and friends in the area. The house was the perfect size. Had a few questions for the host and they were promptly answered.

A beautiful piece of property with plenty of space In a beautiful neighborhood!

Our stay at this house was most enjoyable. It is conveniently located a half mile from Belmar Beach & Boardwalk and a half mile from the quaint town with a selection of stores and restaurants. This cozy cottage is set back from the street, located at the end of a beautifully paved driveway, providing the sense of a serene hideaway. The front porch is nestled amongst a landscaped garden of greenery & flowers and is ideal for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The home is well kept, clean and very comfortable, with a central common area, surrounded by inviting, comfortable bedrooms, each with a bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped, and we easily prepared meals, utilizing the toaster oven, stove and the grill, located beside the house. Amy the homeowner was pleasant and responsive. Even staying in July, we had no issue with street parking for two cars. We highly recommend this property and look forward to renting again in the future. Thank you.

Amy was very responsive and her place was perfect for our family's events. Her property is beautifully landscaped and everything well cared for. Our accomodations were up to date and we were very comfortable. Would definately book her place again.

The cottage was wonderful. Everything was clean and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well sized, it was great to have ensuite bathrooms for each bedroom. We loved sitting out on the cozy front porch with the beautiful landscaping surrounding us. We walked down to the beach several times, it is quite close with a little pond just a block over to walk around as well. Amy was very accomodating and quick to respond. We would love to stay here again.
