Stayed Jul 18, 2024a well lived in cottage with some charm- good access to the beach and not too far from lively action at Grand Bend. Sleeps 6 comfortably with 1.5 baths. Adequate kitchen for preparing meals. Lovely big backyard. Highway noise with the windows open. in our research to find a place that would accept a short stay in summer (4 nights over a weekend) this cottage was reasonably priced.

Stayed Aug 8, 2022This rating is for future guests if you are considering this property. The host was lovely. She answered all communication very promptly. The location was great. Access to the beach from the property is not ideal for anyone with mobility issues as the stairs are steep and the hill is also steep. If you you have no mobility issues than the beach and sunsets are amazing! The little path to the beach was so cute. The cottage had mostly everything. 3 bedrooms were large and spacious and the 4th with the single beds was tight… good for small children but maybe not for two adults. BBQ was not in working order and looked like it was glued. It fell off and we couldn't use it. The shower head was very leaky as well. The area was very quiet and peaceful. The large tv in the living room had Netflix and other things for entertainment. 2 portable air conditioners… one in the living room and one in the dining front room area kept things pretty cool. Bring a fan for bedrooms if you want extra as the portable fan was not in working order. The nights are cooler so everyone seemed comfortable for sleeping. The beds were very comfortable.
