Cheerful cottage on a lake, Covered Dock, 3BD, 2BA

Very nice property. Beautiful lake view

Very cute little house with two adult bedrooms and bunk room for children. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you needed to cook or serve. Even had fresh coffee to make a pot of coffee, which was good because we forgot to bring it!Only problem was the condition of the boat dock, which was damaged due to very low water, which twisted the access walkway making it unsafe to try to climb out to where the chairs and kayaks were stored. If you are planning on playing in the lake with small children, I suggest you ask if the deck/dock was fixed to make it accessible. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay, while we had a family reunion elsewhere on the lake.

House was a lovely cottage! Clean and quiet! It was a fun trip with many activities at the house! The house had all the amenities needed for vacation! The dock and kayaks were lots of fun! Ellie was a fabulous host and very quick to get back with us! We enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the future!

Very clean quaint little house. Everything was provided that you could possibly need for cooking/cleaning. The view is beautiful and I was able to bring my boat- the location has a nice covered dock. Great location- about 7 min (by boat) to the Harbor light south marina and the restaurant located on site (great margaritas). We had a great time and will stay here again in the future! Thanks

Great fishing and very clean house!

We didn't use the House deck - that was very nice - yet a little cold weather. However, I used the boat dock and caught 2 keeper that I threw back. We did not go out in the boat at all due to weather. My daughter did not fish at all due to cold so she spent her time making Thanksgiving dressing and several other dishes. We went to Hartwell to watch the games but had to leave before half-time due to family matters. Thanks for putting up with all my calls.

House had everything you need for a wonderful stay. Walk down to the water wasn't as steep as some places on the lake, but not concrete. Owner was extremely responsive - and pleasant to work with. ENJOYED the 9 days!

This rental is the perfect getaway. Lots of room for family. Very clean.

Check in was a breeze. The host stayed in contact with me the whole time with any questions I had. Kitchen area is incredibly clean. Overall very nice place to stay!

Cute little cabin. Very clean. We enjoyed our stay. The slope to the water was a little steep and the back yard was not well kept. Dock needs some work, as the last step from land to dock is not attached. This was a bit worrisome. Overall a great place to stay at a reasonable price. Oh! The bed in the master is amazingly comfortable!!

Older house in an obviously older development on the lake. That said, the house has been nicely updated. It was clean, well outfitted, and everything worked. Quiet neighborhood and excellent access to a deep cove. The road in is interesting, but not bad. We had a good time and would certainly go back.

We loved it here. Quite and fishing was great.

Quiet and peaceful getaway. We spent most every day on the dock fishing or just relaxing. The bed was comfortable. Thw house was clean. I would stay here again.

It was a lovely cottage on the lake. We loved opening blinds at night and watching the deer. Just be prepared to drive 15 minutes to grocery store but it’s well worth it. We will definitely be back. Only thing I would do that would make better is if there was a rake or small blower to get leaves off deck and clear path to dock. It can get slippery.
