Cheerful 3 Bedroom Cottage by Rail Trail

We had a great stay. The home was clean, cozy, warm and convenient to all. Host was responsive and helpful. We hope to come back in the future. Highly recommended!

Nice home with plenty of space. Close to downtown New Paltz.

Staying at this house was really a delight. The space looks exactly like the listing and staying there felt like I was staying at a friend's house. The location was convenient and the scenery beautiful. Also, I can tell whoever decorated the home did so with intention. I really enjoyed the artwork and carefully selected books found all throughout the home. I will definitely be staying here again.

Lovely home for an upstate retreat! Wished it was a less chilly time of year to enjoy the yard more which looked quite inviting. The upstairs workspace was convenient and the loft itself was a nice cozy space. Would definitely look for again if in the area.

We had a great time staying the weekend for a lacrosse tournament nearby. Place was great..a little noisy on a busy street but overall a clean and comfortable place to stay the weekend. We left a cord and communication was slow to get it back but it seems owners will return in end so since our fault for not double checking and that’s the only complaint I would recommend overall.

This cottage was great. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The living room was nicely furnished. It was a handy location for all of our outings. The hosts were quite helpful before and during our stay. If we were in the area again, we'd stay here again.

Great little house with good access to New Paltz, wineries and some lovely hiking areas! The inside is clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the cute front porch with comfortable chairs although the road out front is a busy one. The hosts were helpful and communicative.

There are so many positive aspects of this house. It's ADORABLE, it's homey, it has a warm, cozy vibe, it comfortably accommodated my family of 4 adults, the kitchen and bath are well stocked, the hot water never ran out, it's kept very clean, the hosts give ideas for activities in the area, the location is ideal as it's only .25 miles from the thruway, the bonus space in the loft was a favorite for the kids...nothing but positive things to say!

Lovely cottage close to the best of New Paltz! Such a cozy place to stay with everything you need to feel at home. We stayed 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. We would absolutely stay there again!

Its hard to find good set ups for New Paltz. This unit was great! Communication with owners easy and effective. Close to downtown, expressway, and all the wonderful things to do within a 50 mile radius. House is private and spacious. If you have landed on this review do not hesitate, just book it. You will be completely satisfied.

My daughter and I came to visit my son, who attends SUNY New Paltz. The house was very clean, comfortable and the location was accessible. We had thought it was farther out, but it does sit near the road and a busy intersection. This turned out to be just fine. We used the kitchen for some meals, it was well equipped. There were many ants, but as its spring, they were probably just waking up and hungry! We enjoyed playing a full game of Life! Overall a very nice experience.
