**Entrance & Hall**
You’re welcomed into a charming hallway with a coat rack, storage, and a cozy nook beneath the stairs. Beautiful original wooden plank floors run throughout the house, carefully restored and traditionally soap-treated to highlight their character. From here, you’ll find the staircase to the upper floor as well as the entrance to the kitchen.

**Kitchen**
The kitchen has been recently renovated in a classic style, featuring freshly painted surfaces, beadboard paneling, and vintage-inspired wallpaper. Solid oak countertops add warmth and quality. It’s fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, sink, stove, oven, extractor fan, microwave, and plenty of storage. While the stove, oven, and fan are older, they are fully functional. Two windows facing different directions fill the space with natural light, and the original plank flooring continues here as well.

**Dining & Living Room**
Connected to the kitchen is a combined dining and living area with a dining table and TV. Windows overlook the garden, bringing in a calm, green view. The room features charming vintage yellow wallpaper and the same beautifully preserved wooden floors.

**Ground Floor Bedroom**
From here, you enter a spacious bedroom with a double bed and two single beds – ideal for families. The room has windows in three directions, a stunning tiled stove (not in use), and a bay window facing the front garden, adding both light and character.

**Upper Floor**

**Upper Hall**
Upstairs, you’ll find a large and beautiful hall that was once a kitchen. It features an old wood-burning stove (not in use), newly painted green paneling, and elegant William Morris wallpaper (*Lemon Tree*). The original plank floors have also been restored and treated here, adding to the home’s timeless feel.

**Shower & Toilet (Upper Floor)**
From the hall, there is access to the shower room with a shower cabin. It’s compact and admittedly a bit tight, but fully functional. Next door is a separate toilet, also of older standard but in good working order.

**Bedroom 1 (Upper Floor)**
This cozy bedroom has two single beds, charming floral vintage wallpaper, and a window overlooking the garden. The original wooden floors have been carefully restored here as well.

**Bedroom 2 (Upper Floor)**
A large and bright bedroom featuring a tiled stove (not in use), two spacious wardrobes, and newly updated paint and wallpaper. The original wooden floors add warmth and authenticity.

**Balcony & Landing**
From the larger bedroom, you access a small landing that leads to a balcony overlooking the front garden. This space also connects the upper floor rooms.

**Garden**
The property spans over 1,200 sqm, with a flat lawn perfect for play and relaxation. The garden is home to no fewer than nine apple trees, which bloom beautifully in spring and provide fruit in late summer. A true Småland countryside idyll!
