Stayed Dec 25, 2025All brand-new appliances, impeccably clean! Close to the beach. One level and no stairs which is great for the older folks! Beautiful rooms, bathrooms, floors! Not a very large house, but very cozy. I would say it sleeps 3 couples if sharing a room, or 3-4 people if not sharing (couch adds one). Nothing bad to say. Would rent again!

Stayed Aug 27, 2025Wow, this place was spectacular. Everything from beds, linens, furniture, decor, kitchen appliances and supplies were top notch. The location is wonderful, and Narragasett is such a special place. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We all want to come back next year. Thanks Jason for a wonderful trip!

Stayed Jun 26, 2025We had a great stay at this immaculate house in a perfect location. The house was in terrific condition, everything new and clean. It was super helpful that soaps, shampoo/conditioner, trash bags, etc. were provided. Host was extremely responsive via text message when needed. Only very minor suggestions would be to include washcloths along with the provided towels, and also to provide a small guidebook for the house (what to do with trash/recycling and linens/towels at end of trip, where to find key to the shed (didn't find it until last day), etc. Nothing that would make me hesitate from renting this place again!

Stayed Jun 14, 2025I recently stayed here with my two daughters and their boyfriends. The weather might not have cooperated, but the house surely made up for that. The second you walk in the door, it is absolutely beautiful all the details a wonderful outdoor shower it felt like going home. And you could walk to the beach in about five minutes which was the best part and it had a beautiful deck and a lawn that all the kids got to stay up at night and play cornhole. Can’t wait to go back to this place, amazing weekend getaway
