Charming Residence with Heated Pool and SPA all year round

We have been twice now to this property and it is absolutely lovely.

The photos do not do the house justice. It is a large beautiful house, with everything you need. We were 10 friends who came out to cycle the fabulous roads in and around Montreuil Sur Mer. Not one pot hole in sight. The house has a very large garage where we could leave the bikes. Plenty of room for all our cars. Marielle was a wonderful host we will definitely be coming back but we will stay longer no one wanted to leave.

The place is amazing, 5 good sized bedrooms with own bathrooms which is great for friends sharing. Excellent kitchen for hosting. Excellent outside space , with games room. Well worth a visit. Highly recommended. Excellent communication with the owner, seamless check-in & check-out.

A spacious property, very well presented and equipped. Very friendly and helpful owner. Weather was great for us but there would still have been plenty of property-based activities to keep all happy if it had not been. It's in a quiet area but beaches and areas of historic interest are easily accessible. Overall, we had a brilliant week together based on a brilliant property.

The villa is stunning and has everything you need!! One thing I would say is the photos really don’t do it justice it so much better.

This thoughtfully restored mansion is the perfect place for a family get together. Spacious and well equipped, there is plenty to do without leaving the property, and when the sun shines the surrounding area is beautiful. Our family of 6 adults and four young children was unanimous in its praise.

We took our family to stay in France to celebrate my 70th birthday. What a beautiful house. There was absolutely everything there to make our stay memorable. Easy to get to from the Channel tunnel too.

Fabulous property swimming pool and hot tub a real success. Only disadvantage you have to travel 15mins to a supermarket no shops in the village. Beaches lovely but about 30 to 45 mins away. There is a pizza van three times a week which was very good. Bread vending machine not stocked in August so had to go to supermarket more often. A lovely site with loads of space for the children to run around in. Games room excellent. Gated driveway which meant children could be safely allowed to run around. House itself well equipped and very clean. Would recommend to anyone who doesn’t mind being a distance from facilities.

This is a BEAUTIFUL house, beautifully decorated, lovely quality furnishings and immaculately clean. We would whole heartedly recommend this house to everyone and will definitely stay here again!

Why are you sending us this report when you know that we were unable to go on holiday. Very disappointing that you cannot sort out your automated emails. You even sent us an email giving us the keys to the property. Am giving the owners 5 stars for everything just so I can send this comment.
