Stayed Dec 30, 2024Cottage very nice and bright. Nothing fancy but accommodating. Owner very responsive to your needs. Location was very good if wanting to explore Dunedin on foot.

Stayed Mar 21, 2023Very clean. Excellent location. Difficulty with keypad entering property as the sun makes it difficult to see screen. Suggest some sort of canopy over doorway.
