Enter your property via electronic lock, and forget the hassle of carrying keys! Your new home away from home may appear quaint from the outside, but stepping inside you'll be in for a surprise. The tall ceilings make this cozy getaway, feel large and airy. Theliving space features a sofa, a flatscreen television in a large armoire, and vibrant artwork. Adjacent, you'll find the dining space perfect for a home cooked meal. The shelves are stacked with books galore! Grab a read, and head out to the patio which is covered by large trees and ivy - A serene reading scene.

The kitchen is situated toward the back of the home, and offers all of the modern amenities one could ask for. The cabinets are stocked with all of the cookware essentials to make your favorite meals. Just down the way, you'll find a local grocery store to grab your spices and more! Just a few steps away, guests can find the unique and spacious bathroom that features a shower and tub/combination. Heading upstairs to the loft, the king size bed awaits and is open to the rest of the home below.

Head West and dine at some of the city's best restaurants, like 700 Drayton, Fox & Fig, and Hitch. Due North toward River Street, guests can shop til they drop inside various local retailers, like The Paris Market & Brocante, 24e, and shopSCAD to name a few. Guests are about a 15-20 minute walk to the River front, 10-15 to City Market, and a quick 8 minute walk to Forsyth Park.

What is parking like for this home
Parking is on-street and non-metered, which is a first come first serve basis. Typically, guests do not have trouble finding parking in this part of town. Guests are encouraged to keep note of the posted Sweep Zone signs.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 50 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.
