Great house and host was amazing!
Fine
The cottage was lovely and clean. Sat outside and watched the egrets fly in a flock up and down the lake. I’m sure the area is very nice but honestly we never felt the need to go anywhere else.
Nicest place we have stayed at Fork by far . Screened in porch is awesome , view is great in backyard . We didn’t catch many fish this time but that’s the way it goes. We will definitely stay here again
We enjoyed our short stay on the lake.
We wanted a weekend getaway spot and this house was perfect. Property was very nice, very clean, well stocked with items you might need, and had a great view of the lake. The lake was very low, but a couple of chairs on the dock still made down a great lakeside view experience. Back covered patio and back porch were. It’s great gathering areas. We will definitely be back.
The house was awesome! The view was beautiful, wish the water wasn’t so low but we knew that going into the trip! Loved everything!
The property and house was nice and clean. The water level of the lake was super low but we were still able to go float and swim in the water. It would of been nice if the owners cut a path down to the shore/water as the dock had no water under it and the weeds by the dock were overgrown. The house was a great size for a small group/family. Some of the rooms did stay warmer than expected so you might consider bringing a fan to help with airflow. The listing says “fully furnished kitchen” - it is not, if anything it’s barely furnished. Luckily we brought some extra items and made it work. The kitchen has plenty of regular plates, mugs, bowls, silverware but only has a couple of pots/pans, cooking utensils and knives. So if you plan on cooking I’d bring what you need. The only other complaint I have is the toilet paper - it’s the cheapest you can find and 1-ply so bring your own if you’re picky on toilet paper. Owners might consider putting a list of items people want/need to bring for their trip. Overall it was a cute little house, great location and we had nice trip.
Wonderful view of the lake, quiet community, deer everywhere, house was perfect for us, clean, organized and beds were comfortable. Only thing I would change is to add TV’s to the bedrooms.
Very nice place.
Very nice, clean cabin and recommend anyone stay here!!!
This house sits in an amazing neighborhood. Private, yet friendly, mostly full time residents surround the home. Located within minutes of boat ramps, groceries, restaurants, and fuel stations. The perfect location! If I were to make a recommendation to the leasing company …. Go ahead and put a king bed in the master. Floor space is nice, but we sleep in the bed not on the floor. Lol. Could not give 5Stars on the listing accuracy - the lake is drastically low and the boat dock/lift were not accessible. Would have been nice to know that when we booked. Over all a neat place to stay.
Overall great experience! We stayed for a long weekend fishing trip. The house is clean cozy and comfortable with an excellent back deck and yard with awesome view to the lake. Highly recommend!
Quite and simple. We enjoyed it
