Stayed Nov 14, 2025Clean and Cozy. Lovely home with a fantastic screened-in back porch that puts you in nature without the bugs. :) Sulphur Springs is only a short drive away and has a wonderful square and great shops/restaurants.We highly recommend this home.

Stayed Jul 25, 2025We had an awesome time at this property! The check-in process was smooth and easy, which made for a great start to our trip. The house and the entire property were very clean and exactly as advertised. The lake access was perfect for our group, and having a boat slip made it incredibly convenient to get out on the water and go fishing. Everything was just what we hoped for. We all had a lot of fun and would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jul 13, 2025My son and I stayed here for a fishing trip. Driveway requires you to be good at backing a trailer as it's a straight shot. The house was very clean and perfect for what we needed. Nice neighborhood too.

Stayed Oct 9, 2024Rented the house for a fishing tournament. Having a private dock was great. Boat hoist was a plus. I will stay here again given the opportunity. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay at the lake for a getaway

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We spent a few days here in the heat of the summer. The place was clean, A/C worked great and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone (there were 4 in our party). We enjoyed the screened-in porch (although it does need a ceiling fan) and the patio. I would suggest that you bring your own outdoor chairs. The backyard and the lake views were great and we did a lot of fishing from the dock and the community dock down the street. There's a very nice park south of Yantis (WC Swearingen Recreation Area) where we went to watch the super moon come up over the lake. We had a great time here and will definitely consider staying here again.

Stayed May 31, 2024Ours was a short stay, but perfect location for us. Attended a family reunion and several wanted to check out the place and will probably try to snag it next time. Didn't get to check the dock because weather made the yard soggy and storms kept us off the lake. So many stars at night it was beautiful.
