Welcome to our newly updated ground level 2 beds/2bath unit B of the triplex located on the southern end of Holmes Beach, just a few steps from the beach(2-3min walk).There are no busy streets to cross and even footpath to the beach leading from the back of the property. We had minimal hurricane damage- just change flooring and updated furniture. There is a large shared. pool in the backyard as well as a separate patio and grill for each unit. Stayed May 24, 2025We loved everything about the place - beautiful decor inside, comfortable furniture in leaving space and bedrooms. Kitchen was not only beautiful and well stocked, but also comfortable for cooking, which we did every day. Loved the appliances. it is noticeable how much care was put into this place. Outside space is also great. Got everything one needs to enjoy the beach - chairs, umbrella, toys; but we glad we decided to go with rental with the pool. We took a break from the beach and had lots of fun at the pool. definitely place to return

Stayed Apr 4, 2025We really loved our stay! The house was extremely well decorated inside and out. The space was perfect for us. We were concerned about sharing a pool with the other units but it turned out that we rarely overlapped with when others used it. The beach was so close and the host provided everything you’d need while at the beach including chairs and umbrellas! We had friends staying a few blocks away so the location was perfect. We had a rental car but only used it for going to the grocery or out to dinner. Car rental was cheaper than golf cart rental so we decided against Uber/golf cart. Our friends rented bikes for their kids but they were never used. The kids enjoyed walks for ice cream and food from Double Deez. We hope to return again someday.

Stayed Apr 16, 2023Property was nice and the pool was perfect. Could use some better lighting (lamps) in the living room and bedroom. (also a full length mirror). Other than that no complants at all.

Stayed Mar 18, 2023Enjoyed staying. Was cozy and kitchen was well stocked. A few ceiling fans could improve air circulation. Really enjoyed the pool and how close to the beach we were!
