Welcome to our newly updated ground level 2 beds/2bath unit A of the triplex located on the southern end of Holmes Beach, just a few steps from the beach(2-3 min walk).
There are no busy streets to cross and even footpath to the beach leading from the back of the property. We had minimal hurricane damage- just change flooring and updated furniture.
Large shared pool is located in the backyard as well as a separate patio and grill for each unit.
You have the option to heat the pool.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025Super cute house in a great location. 1 minute walk to the beach. House is well appointed with everything you need including beach chairs, umbrellas and floats. Nice pool. Bathrooms are small with no counter space. Mattresses and pillows could use an upgrade. Overall I would recommend.

Stayed Mar 31, 2025The cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed at! The host was amazing…thought of everything you may need from a normal stay to a trip to the beach. The pool was great, the inside was great. The owner even showed up to the cleanings of the neighbors to make sure everything was up to par. Book without fear people - it’s a great one!

Stayed Sep 7, 2024Our 2nd visit was everything we hoped for. Location is great, and accomodations were teriffic. You dont hsve to pack anything but a bathing suit! One slight observation. Lighting in the living area seemed dark. Maybe a slim floor lamplamp near the sofa or a dimmer on the overhead. However. Not enough of an issue to keep us rebooking. We will definitely be back.

Stayed Apr 15, 2024This is our second visit to this property. Beautiful (shared among the three units) pool and easy walking distance to the beach. Owner was very responsive.
