Charming Cottage near UT

This house was very quaint and immaculately maintained, and located in a cute quiet neighborhood in West Campus. We loved all the amenities, including the fenced in backyard and cozy patio, as well as free parking. Within walking distance of many restaurants and campus activities. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. We hope to stay here again sometime!

Property is lovely. So much charm and totally fit our group of 4! It’s like staying at a family friend’s house!!! Easy walk to Juiceland (one of our favs!) and to walking path of Shoal Creek, and perfect for UT weekend! Thanks!

Super cute pet friendly cottage with a fenced in backyard. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, cases of interesting books and all the channels you need. We’ll definitely try to stay here again on our next Austin visit!

This VRBO felt like staying at a friend's house while they were away. It was comfortable and felt like a home (books, porch swing, plants, etc.) The location was convenient and the beds were comfortable.

Kitchen was stocked and had everything needed for cooking a family meal. Cottage was ideal and the location was perfect for our UT football game weekend. Will definitely rebook in the future!

This is our second time to stay here. We love everything about it. Location is ideal for our student who lives in West Campus, she can drive or walk to us easily. Beds are comfy and the home is so cozy, and we love bringing our fur baby. We can't wait to return!

Booked the first home game weekend and we were happily surprised at how much like a neighborhood this area feels like compared to how busy the rest of W campus was before a game. If you like the style and comfort of a mature home, you will be happy here. As with the rest of W campus, streets and parking are tight, but also walkable to food and shops, too. Hope to make this our home away from home while visiting Austin in the future.

We loved this home! The property has everything in amenities (everything we needed) to cook in the kitchen, the bedrooms had sufficient extra blankets and lots of pillows, and the bath was stocked with lots of towels and even supplies that we didn’t expect to be available were available, books and games; everything here was perfect for my family inside the home and outside in the yard, patio, and porch! We loved this place!!! Communication with management was excellent. We received instant and helpful responses to our every inquiry. The location is excellent, minutes to everything downtown and recreation. We had no problems with anything whatsoever. I would highly recommend this property and will visit someday again.

Our son attended diving camp at UT. This property was conveniently located to UT and all the local attractions. We felt at home and had a great stay.
