The Hortensias cottage is one of four cottages located in La Janais, in a peaceful rural setting, 11 km from Vallons-de-l'Erdre, 23 km from Châteaubriant, and 65 km from Nantes. It is semi-detached to two other cottages (including the Tournesols cottage).

Private parking is available on the property.

The cottage has a private south-facing terrace and enclosed outdoor area. Guests have access to a shared, unfenced 4000 m² garden with an above-ground, unheated swimmingpool (7 m diameter), a pétanque court, and a ping-pong table.

Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen opening onto a living/dining room.

Upstairs: one family bedroom (two sleeping areas separated by a curtain: two single beds 80x200 cm that can be joined together and one double bed 140x190 cm), shower room/WC.

Amenities included: Wi-Fi, pod coffee maker, child safety gate and crib/high chair, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, dish towels, dish soap, sponges, etc.). No washing machine.
Included: heating (heat pump), electricity, bed linen (beds made upon arrival).
Not included: towels and end-of-stay cleaning (mandatory for business clients - €65).
