This cottage was so cozy and welcoming! The host was so responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here

Tons of charm!

We arranged for a very late check in. Eve sent photos so we could find the right property at 11 pm at night. She checked in with us to see if we had everything we needed the next morning. We had a pleasant stay in this quiet neighborhood.

The information on the property wasn't very good. I had a hard time getting to actually talk to the property manager. Location not very desirable.

Cozy bed, well-equipped, great location, was perfect for our needs on this trip. Garden is lovely. We even enjoyed a short visit from the neighbors cat Lulu. Would love to stay again!

Our 3 weeks at this Charming Cottage could not have been better. The place had everything we needed. A very comfortable bed, nice towels a cozy 2 sitter sofa where we watched tv and read. The best place we had coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening was the beautiful back yard! So cozy and private. The squirrels and butterflies were quite entertaining!The location was perfect for us. In between our son and family and our “on her own” granddaughter. Coffee shops and good eats within walking distance, and a nice store for needed supplies and groceries. Eve was an amazing hostess, easy to communicate with and on a very timely matter!!I’d definitely stay here again!!

Dirty gross bathroom, shower curtain broken, linoleum just laying on top of crappy bathroom floor, just generally not as advertised, I don’t know who did these reviews but the place is gross. Neighborhood super sketchy. Very disappointed.

Very comfortable as a base for us through the week. Would stay again. Offering a friendly suggestion to put better bedside lamps for reading in the bedroom as it was somewhat dim. Overall, good stay.

There were a couple hiccups, but Eve got right on things. The outdoor garden area was lovely with a mature maintained landscape. Super convenient location for me near my kids.

Truly an enjoyable place to stay while in Eugene. Close to everything and yet secluded in a wonderful garden. Wunderbar!

I stayed in the cottage while in town for a work conference. The rental was cute and a great fit for me. All appliances, shower worked great and the bed was very comfortable. I am considering renting again for my conference next year.

The cottage was indeed charming. It also was squeaky clean, well provisioned, and located in a fun, quirky neighborhood. Excellent communication with Eve. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

The place is cozy and delightful.

Eve was responsive and helpful to our questions and requests. We enjoyed meeting her. The apartment is SMALL, as described. The bed is comfortable. You can cook or microwave food. You can not see the address from the street. There is a large fence, behind which is the house and then the cottage behind that. The area is fairly near to many interesting areas of Eugene. There is a good bakery and a laundromat nearby.

I had the best experience. Check in and out was easy, the host was very nice and was always to help if I needed anything during my visit, and the area was quiet. I would stay here again :)

Area was close to food trucks and nicer restaurants. The bed was pretty comfortable and the train wasn't very loud. Overall decent stay for the area.

Was my first time in Oregon and it was a great stay and thank you for the great communication Eve! We had a blast, Go Ducks!!

I was very impressed with the cleanliness, the organization of ammenities, the supply of dishes, glasses, pots and pans, and some spices available in the kitchen. Eve was wonderful to answer questions promptly and I felt safe and well card for during my stay. In short, Eve was great and I will stay there again!

I was in Eugene to drop my son off at UO. I have been to Eugene multiple times and have enjoyed staying in properties like this rather than hotels. I chose the cottage because it looked like a good fit for me in terms of size and price. The pictures accurately reflected the space, it was very clean and had everything I needed for the stay. The area is great if you like dining out and breweries, all within walking distance. It is a cute neighborhood and I never felt unsafe, important as a single traveler. I made the decision to book this cottage knowing that it was a slight drive to the campus area. It wasn't bad, and a trade-off given the amenities close by, but is not within walking distance. I enjoyed the garden, especially in the morning and evenings. It has great light. The reservation and check-in process was easy. Sara was very informative and responsive. The access to the property was easy and clear. It was a very clean property which is important to me, my only minor feedback is that the bathroom is a bit dated. The bed was very comfortable and seating was good for 1 or 2 people. I would definitely stay at this property again given the overall experience and price.

An enchanting little place.

Really enjoyed the stay. The place is in walking distance to many great places to eat and get really good coffee. It's quiet and peaceful. Everything you need is there!

Host was awesome, everything was super convenient for needing to be on ou's campus

The cottage was quite sufficient for our needs. Bed very comfy, kitchen fairly well equipped, clean. It was as described. Regarding check-in, host texted very complete details. However, the cottage has no visible address and because of the irregularity of address numbers on the block, it was very difficult to make an assumption on the correct building. An employee of the owner did quickly return my call and clarify. Also host did respond quickly to additional questions. We were encouraged to enjoy the fruits of the gardens on the property. Yummy strawberries. I certainly recommend a stay at the cottage. It was just right for our needs.

They cottage was very close to my Aunt - 10 minute drive. Also close to Enterprise rental and auto shop. Car needed some care. The host was very responsive to any questions I had. I actually met the very kind host and she assisted me with quick responses. I did have some difficulty with heating. Otherwise the stay met my needs. Great bed, adequate kitchen and bathroom. Very clean.
