Charming Cottage Apartment with all amenities

Amenities says has hot tub but it dont i was told would be refunded if i left so i did without staying longer than 15 minutes an still haven't been refunded

Very feel at home atmosphere, like home away from home. Clean, neat and quiet setting. Property manager very kind and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Clean and well taken care.The goal was to relax and we did .I would definitely recommend this place.

The Wi-Fi was weak and unreliable. With low cell coverage, that made the trip unpleasant. We could not stream television, use a laptop, use an iPad, or boost our cell coverage. The cottage was clean and the location was perfect for our needs. With better Wi-fi, it would have been 5 star.

I would stay there again!!

Facility was very clean and organized. They had coffee, cups and creamer. They did say that it slept 4 but that’s with one person sleeping in a recliner. Extra pillows and linens were available. Check in was easy. Good place to stay.

Where to start.. the ad showed a nice single cabin which we assumed was in the park. Nope ot was in town and it was a duplex that was situated on the property of the local nursing home. One resident we spoke to said that most people who rent are loud so it disturbs her. We tried to be quiet as possible as to not disturb the residents who still lived in the duplexes around our room. With two children that is quite hard to manage and we apologized to the resident we came into contact with. When booking the room we were not able to lookup the address because we were not given one until the booking was complete. The add said that the room had a bed a pullout couch, and an ottoman that turned into a bed. It said that the room slept 6 people. The couch did not pull out the ottoman did fold out into an uncomfortable small bed for a child sized person. There was a recliner in the living area as well as in the bedroom. There was also a fold out cushion in the closet. I asked if the property had a pool or hot tub. I was told we had a tub in our room. There was a very small stand up shower not sized for adults who are tall. I did like that there was a washer and dryer though. In the manual it says to put the dishes in the dishwasher and put the towels in a pile in the bathroom but to leave the bedding on the bed. There wasn't a dishwasher and as far as the bedding it makes me think that the bedding doesnt get changed that often. I didn't understand why there was a cleaning fee I assumed that when renting a place it cleaning services came with the fees for the room. I found the price was cheaper on another site after the fact. All in all I wouldn't recommend this as a stay for people who want to get away to the country feel that it portrays in the add.

This used to be a nursing home and they kept the old furniture it smells old and the location is really hard to find Everything was dirty and definitely will never come back

Close to food, casino, necessities were available in apartment. All i needed to bring was food and personnal items.

I thought there would be more cooking pots and pans, but it was a very nice place.

We had a great experience. The property was simple, quiet and very clean. Located about 20 min from Broken Bow. We would definitely go back next year.

The location is close enough to beaver bend park and the house was clean though the queen bed is not firm or spacious if you are over 6ft. We had no issues enjoying our stay.
