Charming cottage, 3Qn w/ WiFi, Parking, AC walkable to Clftn Nrthsd near dwntwn

Great little property! Rock and Roll themed decor and very clean. Lots of spices for cooking and pretty much all you need for making meals there as far as plates, bowls, etc. I will say they are low on spoons right now though. Something else to note is the upstairs is definitely more for kids or short folks as the ceiling is where the roof peak is. My teen took the space and was good with it! It's roomy just short. Temp was nice! Communication from owner was great... very friendly and informative. Would stay again!

We didn’t cook much during our short stay but kitchen is well equipped. Nice open area for family to socialize. Will stay there again.

This property was everything that it said it was in the listing. It was perfect distance from our conference for college Bowling. We absolutely love this place and will be definitely booking it next year for conference if it’s available. It was also really nice that it was fully stocked with everything that we may have needed kitchen bathroom, bedding, Its, etc.. I don’t think we could’ve asked for anything more. It was just absolutely wonderful.

House was very clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. Host was polite and responsive. Great location close to gas station and restaurants. Would highly recommend this host and home.

This place was perfect. I grew up on n the area and found it ideal for being centrally located to everyone I know and everything I needed while I was there. The kitchen supplies made it easy to shop for groceries and over all eased the burden of being in town for a funeral.

Super thoughtful host, good communication, very clean, comfortable bed with plenty of pillows, everything you could think of in the kitchen including frosty mugs in the freezer and coffee!!

This is a great location, central to where we needed to be, very cozy and well stocked. Communication with the host was easy. It was a very good spot for us especially because it has a first floor master bedroom and full bath.

We had an issue and didnt end up staying, but it was cute and clean. Parking is a plus. The issue was adressed quickly

Kitchen is well set up. I did not prepare meals on this trip but would in the future. This is a good location between downtown, Northside and proximity to several colleges and attractions.

The cleanliness of this property would put any hotel chain toShame. It was impeccable and when it came to thoughtful details, a goldStar for sure! Charles is so friendly and accommodating. He made our trip even more enjoyable with his thoughtfulness to detail. This home is beautifully done. We just appreciated everything about it !!! BRAVO !

Lovely place and the host is very kind and helpful!

A hidden gem directly across the street from Cincy State. Gives you a rural feel in a busy concrete jungle. The homeowners are actively sprucing the outside property up. The inside is modern with mofern comforts and a kitchen thats second to none. You would not believe the number of spices, pots and pans. They even have frosted mugs in the freezer. Attention to detail makes all the difference. Home is themed with rock art and has a nice eclectic vibe. Best of all. Pet friendly, a rarity. Secure backyard fenced in for your pets, too. For the money and the location, definitely worth it.

Great property in an unsuspecting part of town. Enough room for all of us during our drive and recent relocation.

Such a wonderful, peaceful and well balanced home. My family and I enjoyed our entire stay. The kids loved the 2nd floor all to themselves. The house had everything you need and then some. Very clean and cozy. Close to everything in Cincinnati. The communication for check in was a breeze. We will definitely looks for this home first, the next time we visit Cincinnati.

The stay was great. The house was way bigger than the pictures show. Nice location too. Close to the zoo and to the aquarium. Will be back hopefully in august if avaliable. Thank you for having us!

Some dog hair on pillows (I’m assuming a pet friendly rental) & a bit of an odd smell upon entering but over all clean / nice place! Would book again!
