Charming Cheyenne Cañon Cottage, Steps To The Broadmoor & Seven Falls!

This was the most adorable, well stocked, comfortable cottage and I enjoyed this property for 4 nights. The owner David could not be nicer. It’s so cute inside. The bed is very comfortable. Colorado Springs has so much to offer. I will definitely stay here again

Great, responsive hosts! Perfect little cottage for my husband and me! Lots of nice little touches, coffee, spices, bathroom, kitchen and laundry supplies. Quiet location. Lots of wildlife! We really enjoyed watching the deer! Close to Piles Peak and Garden of the Gods. Would definitely stay here again.

Bella Cottage is charming, clean, homey, quiet and has beautiful trails across the street. The hosts are lovely people. I was perfectly comfortable and had everything I needed and more. I hope to return someday.

Home away from home! Beautifully decorated, high end furniture and linens, small but fully stocked kitchen, large parking area AND wonderful hosts! The location was perfect for easy access to the mountains, hiking and biking right outside your door. And so quiet and calming.One of the very best VRBO ever!

A beautiful pied-a-terre for my conference at the Broadmoor. A lovely 10 min walk each morning with deer and a nice hiking area just across the street. Would stay there again!

This property is better than advertised. It has everything you need for a getaway/vacation. Perfect location for getting around to the sites of Colorado Springs, Pikes Peak, Olympic Museum and Garden of the Gods. We had a great time.

A welcoming property on a quiet street with a wonderful cafe within walking distance. The cottage is beautifully decorated and so comfortable to spend time in. The host was so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. My aunt and I plan to return to the Canon Cottage. A perfect 10!

Three years later, we unbeknownst reserved the Bella Cottage after staying at Cottage next door previously. Pleasant surprise as we thoroughly enjoyed our return. Very tasteful in every way and close to so many beautiful attractions. We walked to Sacred Grounds for breakfast a couple of mornings. Definitely will be back.

The cottage is exactly as described in the listing. The location is fantastic and seeing the deer in the meadow a definite plus. We booked the cottage for a week to take in some Colorado Spring adventures. The cottage was great with all amenities needed for our stay. David was great and we appreciated his suggestions.

The cottage was perfect for my husband and I. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Location was excellent for exploring Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, North Cheyenne Cañon and Cheyenne Mountain State Park. The cottage is well stocked and the bed was extra comfy. My husband and I enjoyed 5 days at this quaint, clean and cozy cottage. Across the street and down the cañon from amazing hiking. Unique neighborhood. Walking distance to cute coffee shop with great breakfast. Loved hearing the bells from The Broadmoor. David and Karen are amazing hosts providing great information on local sites/activities and restaurants. Hope to stay again.

The cottage was situated perfectly for our visiting family at Fort Carson.

This cottage was perfect for two guests. It was beautifully decorated and immaculate. The owners had thought of everything we might need. We hope to stay there the next time we are in the area.

The cottage couldn’t have been cleaner and stocked with more essentials. Location in “the canyon” was fun and separated from the hustle and bustle of Colorado Springs! Yet…a few minutes you were wherever you wanted to go…Manitou…Zoo…Old Colo City. Every evening there were deer looking in the window…lots of trails to hike within walking distance of front door…. The hosts were great at communicating and descriptions were spot on! Details…they were all about them! The only negative on our stay was we couldn’t stay longer! I couldn’t recommend this owner and unit anymore! Totally an A+++++ We will be back for sure! And…you should make your reservations now!

We had the best trip. The cottage was beautiful and so clean. If was very well taken care of. The location was great, we were close to everything we wanted to see and do. We saw the sights during the day and in the evening we were able to rest and relax. It was very comfortable. Thanks so much Karen and David for allowing us to stay at such a nice cottage. Ps every afternoon the deer came around. It was just a neat place to be.

We saw deer grazing very close to our window, and we took advantage of the hiking trail right across the road. The cottage was very well appointed and comfortable. Highly recommend.
