Stayed Jul 26, 2025Excellent location with very short walk to the sand, fun restaurants and shops a few blocks away. Easy drive to Harbor Cove and lots of other fun spots in Ventura. Parking in the garage was easy and convenient. The house was clean, well stocked with cooking ware and utensils. The rooms were all comfortable and the backyard was pleasant to spend time in. The hosts were very responsive and available for questions. We hope to be back soon!

Stayed Nov 4, 2024There were some strong storms. One knocked out the power to the garage door opener. Then the door would not completely close. The first time the technician said the mechanism was old and needed to be replaced. It was reported to Zeke. I could not put the car in the garage but parked in front of it for security.

Stayed May 16, 2024This place is in a great location and we appreciated the conveniences of the garage, laundry, and grill. However, it looked like it had not been deep cleaned in ages - there were cobwebs and dust throughout. The dishes and kitchenwares were filthy, needing to be washed before use. Not quite what we were expecting.

Stayed Apr 1, 2024We stayed for a month to enjoy our adult son who lived near-by and to afford a six night stay for our other son and family. The location was ideal and the living space was generous. The owner/manager was responsive and easy to work with. We will book again next year!
